Great location, but the unit is falling apart. Management is responsive but not great.

Unit was centrally located.

Unit is old and deteriorating. One window pane was broken and jagged and another window was off its hinges. All the windows in general are old with peeling paint and bent hardware. Customer service called me at 8:00 am the morning after I arrived and asked me if a technician could come in. I asked if it was an emergency, annd said since my family was sleeping still I wasn’t going to let them in unless there was need. They called me back and said the technician would be silent so as not to wake up my family. Unit doesn’t have enough light in the main room. Dryer was non functional.

No elevator - 4/5th floor

The location was very nice, it was infront of a playground. Very spacious for a family of 10.

No elevator. This is my fault for not checking, since the pictures looked modern I just assumed it had a lift. It was on the 4th but felt like the 5th floor. We were a family of 10 (including an 85yr old and kids) culminating a 1 month trip. We had 13 large suitcases, we felt like we were going to have a heart attack hauling our bags up and down. Again, my fault. But putting this here because I didn't see it in any of the reviews. Perfect for travelers who pack light. It had a low ceiling, like an attic. I'm 5'8" and I was probably 5 or 6 inches away from hitting it so if you're tall, maybe the lower floors have higher clearance. When we got over the no elevator issue, sadly, the place was dusty and dirty. It had lots of rugs all over, probably to muffle the sound of steps as it had a wooden floor. We tried to pull out one of the rugs because it was a hazard to our 85yr old mother who kept tripping on the rugs. But when we did, it was so dirty and dusty, it triggered our allergies. I asked for someone to clean but it was around 5pm and they only replied the next day. We had to mop the floor with wet rags and tissue. Then we also found undesirable gross stuff around the unit during our stay (will not mention here anymore, I reported it to them and I hope they do something about it).

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Superb location with many attractions in short walking distance. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Roof terrace was a lovely addition for relaxing when the sun was out.

There was not enough storage in the bedrooms for clothes etc.

Comfortable and fun place to stay

The apartment's location was very central. We could walk everywhere. It had a spacious living and kitchen area. All kitchen utensils were complete. The beds were comfortable. Jessica & Team Nest Collection were very helpful.

The window in the large bathroom wouldn't close, and there was no radiator in the bathroom. However, there was an electric heater for warmth, which was sufficient. The shower drain didn't properly discharge water, causing it to accumulate in the shower tray and overflow. There was no elevator, so we had a hard time carrying our suitcases up to the 4th floor.

Great apartment and excellent location, near metro and new port. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well prepared for use.

Comfortable, modern and clean - perfect stay!

Everything about this apartment was perfect! The rooms were all very comfortable and clean and it’s in a great central location! It was perfect for our weekend trip to Copenhagen and we would love to be back again! The staff were constantly in contact before, during and after to make sure that everything was perfect and offer any help. 5 star service!

The management of the flat was terrible. Never fixed the problems - promised a refund but never done

Location

The flat was freezing cold, there was not enough hot water, the furniture was old and heavily used and the apartment block was extremely noisy. By no means this flat is LUXURY and there is no way more than 4 people can stay!!! We communicate with the management of the flat several times via mail and phone in oder to fix the heating but they never showed up. We were also promised a refund but they never sent the money to us.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the city. It was clean and the furnishings were top-notch. There was a lovely big dining table for us all to eat breakfast around, and the coffee machine was appreciated in the mornings. The double beds were huge and the bedrooms were a comfortable size. The rooftop area wasn't used very much but I imagine on warmer days this would be a major plus. The layout is a little strange. As a group of close friends, we didn't mind the interconnecting rooms (and were aware of this before we booked) but having people walk through your room to go to the toilet in the middle of the night might not be everyone's cup of tea!

The building works next door were noisy unfortunately. I think it was just the weekdays but they started work from around 6am.

Would stay at exact same place again.

Great location, central in a good safe spot of Copenhagen. Property itself was very large and spacious, entirely clean, and well designed for a family of five.

Be careful if you are unwell or have disability as it is four flights of stairs to the unit and no elevator. Good for getting steps in though!

The best part of a rainy few days in Copenhagen!

The location could not have been better! It is a perfect place for families to explore Copenhagen!

There was a maintenance issue that we dealt with during our stay. I was initially impressed with the speed of response to my messages, but felt a bit out of the loop when it became obvious that a repair would take longer. However, when I did raise my concerns, I received a prompt call.

Apartment is charming and in a great location

Bathroom shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom, making it unusable. That left one shower for 10 people. Front gate deadbolt was faulty and we had a difficult time getting in the building. Property management is short staffed and unhelpful.

The beds were super comfortable to sleep on. The terrace was wonderful for relaxing after the children had gone to bed. The location of the apartment is good.

There were only 3 wine glasses, we would have needed more and it would be good to have a wine bottle opener, luckily the nice staff of the restaurant downstairs lent us an opener.Small things would have more of a luxury feel.

Potential to be great but FAR from luxury!

This place has the potential to be amazing but is FAR from luxury. Location is great. space could be great with some effort.

Completely lacks effort, is NOT luxury, and should not be charging luxury prices. There 75 stairs (I counted) to reach the apartment. once in it, it’s very sterile. No decorations. No bedside tables or anything in the bedrooms, just a bed and a small floor lamp. The dining table chairs are basically wire (no pads) not comfortable and definitely not luxury. Many light bulbs were out all over the apartment.

The apartment is very large and is situated in an excellent location. It is a walk up so it would not be convenient for a handicapped person. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through to another bedroom. Plenty of amenities with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, stove top, and oven. There is a wonderful roof patio which looks at the Round Tower which is right nearby. There are no blinds so there is a lot of sun.

The apartment could use more lighting by the beds, and would benefit from some nightstands as a couple of the rooms only have beds for furniture. There are also no blinds on any of the windows.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet i leiligheten.

Leiligheten stod til forventningene. Hele gruppen var stor fornøyd. Beliggenheten er perfekt, leiligheten var ren og inneholdt det vi trengte.

Trykket i dusjene var dårlig. Vinduet på det ene badet var ødelagt så det gikk ikke an å lukke. Jeg kontaktet eier om dette og de sa de kunne komme å få det fikset, jeg sa vi skulle klare oss med det selv om det var åpent.

Muy recomendable

La casa esta ubicada muy bien, cerca de todo. La casa tiene muy buenos materiales, camas cómodas, calefacción potente, zonas comunes muy amplias con una mesa para comer muy grande. Tiene una terraza muy buena para verano. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Zona muy tranquila. Muy recomendable. Espacio óptimo para 10 personas en cinco camas de matrimonio y cinco habitaciones. Se puede ajustar para alguno más, pero quienes duerman fuera de las habitaciones perderán calidad.

La casa tiene una distribución extraña, con varias habitaciones "de paso" que tienes que atravesar para salir. Quizás tenga en proporción pocos baños (dos) y uno de ellos dentro de una habitación. Se anuncia con sofá-camas pero en verdad son sofás normales, no sale una cama de ellos. Se encuentra en un cuarto sin ascensor, que si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad puede suponer un problema. A la hora de abandonar la misma, no se puede dejar el equipaje en un lado mientras haces algo de turismo, tienes que contratar un servicio de almacenamiento externo. A pesar de lo anterior, recomiendo su reserva.
