It was our second time at the hotel and it didn’t live up to the first Time

Parking, restaurants & bars close by

Road works made very difficult to get too. Check in experience was not good and our room was made up for 2 babies rather than 2 older children. It was an u. Pleasant experience getting this sorted and we had travelled over 12 hours tha day and just wanted to get food and go to bed

Very nice, but don’t book a dark room!

Location superb. Parking convenient. Breakfast okay, but nothing special. Bed fine room spacious. Reception very friendly. Very modern and clean.

The room was very dark with poor lighting. Apparently they have others that are lighter. This made the stay unpleasant. The kettle was in the darkest corner so very hard to use.

Disappointing.

Treatment on arrival poor. No lounge or any seating available for a 2 hr wait for my room. Told if I wanted to change, use the toilets. No secure area to leave luggage. The breakfast was what I would expect in a cheap hotel.

Good hotel but some niggles, though perhaps our room specific

Great location situated next to a square with multiple bars and restaurants. The secure parking with intercom gate was reassuring. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are far too dark, there is definitely a need for brighter or bigger lights. We found it quite difficult to get ready in the morning with how dim the room was. The air conditioning did not work, we tried all options on the wall thermostat but had no luck, so the room was quite warm overnight. Even though the room is strictly no smoking, it definitely had a smell of smoke to it. There was a party in the bar of the hotel which went on all night till around 6am the next morning which kept waking us up. Seemed like people were still partying in a room overlooking the carpark as we were checking out at 7am too...

Unbeatable location in a modern, accommodating and chilled environment.

We stayed for one night in early October with a few requirements, primarily that it was dog friendly for a highly trained Doberman and that the hotel had secure parking for my car as it’s a rare car and we didn’t want to unpack the car entirely in each hotel on our road trip. Both requirements were met and the parking was not only secure and private right by the hotel entrance but also very well covered with CCTV. We had a huge deluxe king suite that was v comfortable and a cool design with the added bonus of a large outdoor terrace. V welcoming reception team and an absolutely awesome location situated directly in the heart of the main plaza and only a few minutes walk from the enchanting old town. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Very enjoyable, once I got there. Due to road works diversions caused problems in the vicinity.

I liked the fact that you could chose your tea preference and make up your own tea pigs plus having a kettle on hand to produce proper boiling water to make a good cup of tea.

The bathroom was very tiny. Maybe take out the bath and install a walk-in shower? Very few people have time to lounge in a bath nowadays.

Comfortable room and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

The room was nice and the bed linen and matress was of a high standard.

Location was excellent but a little difficult to find the entrance to the Hotel. The TV was completely malfunctioning and we wasted some time trying to reboot it to get it back on line. We did not call services as we were already settled down and did not want the intrustion of a repair person after 11 PM. It should have been tested before our visit.

Central and quality

Perfect location. Follow the instructions and you'll find it. There's alot of road works and so don't think you'll wing it! Great secure car park. Very central. Great value for money considering where you are. If you're after cheaper then go and find something on an industrial estate somewhere 😂. We'll be back. Thank you to all the team.

Excellently located in meeting our requirements (travelling with our 2 dogs and requiring secure parking not too far off route). The hotel was clean with excellent facilities and the best staff we have encountered in many 1 night stays driving through France. The receptionist who checked us in was exceptional and he went above and beyond in explaining that it was a bank holiday and providing a map of possible food options that would be open within walking distance.

The only downside would be that there is no onsite restaurant but within a few minutes walk there are many excellent food venues.

Great location, staff an asset

Excellent location, but follow the road signs not Sat nav when you get close even with the street name programmed in, Waze tried to take us up the tram lines!! Parking ample, staff very knowledgable, location superb for the centre. Room was beautiful & well equipped. Breakfast was great - choice & quality. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing attic room in hotel with gloomy furnishings, located centrally close to old town.

The room (a Deluxe King Room) was in the attic. Lift to 3rd floor then a smallish wooden staircase to attic. Sloping ceiling meant that only part of the bed room area could be walked upright in and which gave it a very a very claustrophobic feel. Bathroom and toilet door blocked each other when open. The design of the rooms and hotel were in black and gold. Poor lighting and dark décor gave it a gloomy feel.
