Great location with parking and just a short walk to the town centre and medieval old town. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Everything was very clean.
The decor was very stylish but generally a bit too dark for us. The decoration in the bedroom was mainly black and some gold which made the room very dark.

Staff very helpful and professional. Beds comfy. Excellent location with good car park
Breakfast was very poor. Very slow to replenish dishes. Many guests went without. Poor selection of breakfast items. Very expensive for limited choice and lack of food.

Not much to be honest. The soap was nice and the slippers were a nice touch.
The layout was confusing and like a fortress. How to get around was not well explained. The rooms walls and furnishing were so dark it was difficult to see and felt very oppressive. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. Certain staff were not friendly or accommodating.
