not recommended... poor hygiene

I liked the easy check-in.

the room had a bad chemical paintlike smell. the toilet was not really clean by any standard... The bowl was dirty, the rim of the seat was absolutely disgusting. There were other indicators of a lax attitude on cleanliness. I felt so uncomfortable that I did not even want to take a shower... I left the hotel after sleeping the bare minimum :(( the parking would have been an extra 11€ which would take the room (had I taken it) to a price level where you simply must and can expect value for money. This just wasn't the case. very poor experience!!! shame on the management of this facility!

Good option for parking and proximity to the historic center.

Wet close to the historic center and secure parking is available. Staff was very helpful. Relatively inexpensive.

Room is very small. Heat wasn’t working (we were given a heater. The pillow was too thick. Tiny window.

Handy for an overnight stop.

Fab location, by river and right opposite the walled centre of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Accepted dogs and had secure parking. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We ate in the bar as arrived late and tired. Meals were pre-made by a catering company and heated up in house. Small portions but tasty, though seemed expensive for what it was.

The only negative was that certain areas were a bit shabby, such as carpet in hallway from lift to room was in need of cleaning. I had the impression that it was under going a transition and some areas were yet to be transformed.

Bed was very comfortable and excellent duvet

Asked for payment as we asked for directions for parking, parking the car was very difficult due to roadworks. Woman at reception was very offhand.We arrived back at hotel after dinner at 9.00pm to find bar in darkness.Stupid key code system to enter room. No coffee making facilities.No extra pillows.No water bottles. Towels were very thin and at the end of their life. No one at reception when we left, we had virtually no contact with staff apart from checking in.

Great location with secure parking available (at a cost). Rooms are very modern and comfortable and the hotel also has a bar area and outdoor seating.

The Beds have memory foam they are so comfortable i shall always stay in B & B hotels from now on as i had my best night sleep not like Ibis were i was better sleeping on the flooor as it was so hard wayne
