Wonderfully welcoming hosts, beautiful house with excellent facilities. Quiet and peaceful.

Christine was tbe perfect host and made us feel incredibly welcome in her beautiful house. Her son greeted us on arrival and was warm and welcoming. He had excellent knowledge of the local area as did Christine who gave us advice on restaurants and other things to do in the old town. The breakfast in the morning that Christine provided was delicious and there was so much care and attention to detail. The rooms far exceeded our expectations and the bathrooms were incredibly well appointed. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked lovely. The location was perfect for access to the centre of town and we had a wonderful evening in the old town which is beautiful. Despite being only a 20 minute walk to the centre of town, the location was very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Christine for making us feel so welcome. Our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this to other travellers whether you are passing through (as we were) or staying in Le Mans for longer. Thank you Christine!

Terrific

Resort style accommodation which feels like home. Christine is a terrific host. Restaurant she recommended was one of the best on the trip. House is very close to the city and everything is so perfect!

No stay was possible

We tried to enter and got no reply at the gate. Tried to phone the number given and it was inactive. So we had to book somewhere else. I had already paid and will be looking for a refund

It would be difficult to find a better place to stay for two or three days,

Our hostess was charming and nothing was too much trouble. We were given instructions for reaching the town, use of the tram and were provided with a very nice breakfast.

Highly recommend, great hosts, large rooms great experience!

Hosts went beyond the usual to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Lovely house - very clean and well kept. Large bedrooms. Breakfast great value for money and very tasty. Swimming pool was added bonus for our children who used immediately on arrival.

Christine was a wonderful host, she was very attentive and made us feel quite at home. She has a wonderful house and garden and the pool is superb. The breakfasts were amazing too! The house is a short walk from the tram line, which is only three stops from the centre of Le Mans. Christine was also very happy to recommend places to visit, restaurants, shops, attractions, etc.

Christine and her family were very welcoming, the room was beautiful and the breakfast (ten Euros extra per person) was lovely. Breakfast included the local Rillettes alongside the usual "continental" style offering (please note that there is not a cooked breakfast on offer here, we certainly did not miss it!). The stunning old town of Le Mans is just a 20min walk down the hill (or you can take the tram, the nearest stop is in the next street over) with lots of lovely places to eat, the cathederal and two free museums. We are already planning a return trip next spring :)

We did not find anything that would stop us returning here. The area is well worth another visit to explore more in the future. We are aware that the lack of a cooked breakfast may put of some travellers, please do give the breakfast a go, you will not be disappointed.

Nice clean spacious place to stay close to the city center

Location was near the city but not in the very center of it, so that you can stay away from crowd and noise. it is easy to park and neighborhood looked safe and quiet and nice. Our room was big with a big bathroom. Room and bathroom and furnitures were new and everything very clean. The house had a nice garden and pool if you want to enjoy. Also there is a big living room that you can spend time too. Our host was kind and helpful. It was not included in the price of our stay but you can also get breakfast for an extra charge. Breakfast was good, variety of things and the portions were big enough.

Room was super comfortable 😌 clean welcoming.. Host was extremely helpful getting us details to get the the 24hour le mans museum without car, most appreciated. Location slightly out of town but tram so convenient.

Central and quiet

Christina is lovely and we shared a room in her own family home. She was very good at directing us on sights and restaurants to visit. We used the tram to get around - which was just around the corner. Property came with a heated swimming pool.

Bath and toilet were 2 separate rooms and not ensuite although it was not shared by other guests you were still going into a communal hallway to access them. Note: no TV - ok for 1 night stay.

Great host- Christine is very warm, friendly and welcoming. She always have time for you to have a chat and always gives you a greeting with a smile. Comfortable and clean bedroom with ensuite Nice pool to relax and cool down the summer heat Location is so convenient to Le Mans old town (Cite Plantagenet). The house is in the tram line which is 5 mins to the old town or 20 mins by foot.

Lovely property and hosts, very clean and comfortable. Christine and her husband were great and prepared me a snack with a cold beer when I arrived after a very long drive. The property is very close to Le Mans centre via a short tram ride.
