clean property. Great coffee machine. Good continental breakfast. Good shower. Good sized bed but not much space around it.

No windows which opened, so got really hot in night (in October) and had to open door. Very close to Road, not a problem until we had to open door, then constant traffic noise from very early.

Perfect location for old town Le Mans.

It was a very cold day with snow on the way down to Le Mans but our cabin was wonderfully warm and inviting. The host offered us fresh milk on arrival for our cup of tea. The room is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the ensuite was perfect with a large walk in shower, a lovely sink and a toilet at the end with its own door for privacy. We were delighted with everything. The breakfast basket was very generous with bread, jam, croissants, yogurt, apple purée, butter, orange juice and tea and coffee. More than enough for both of us and some left over. The host was very charming and described the ten minute walk along the river and up into the old town of Le Mans.

Great location for a short stopover

Location to the town (walking distance), comfortable bed, great shower, ideal for 1 or 2 night stopover. Le Mans is a beautiful Roman and medieval town well worthy of a visit.

Logement cosy dans un joli jardin

Très bien situé en bord de Sarthe pour rejoindre le cœur historique du Mans à pied en longeant le mur gallo romain. Logement cosy et très bien aménagé. Accueil chaleureux et bien veillant. Petit déjeuner parfait, pain frais et croissant tous les jours. Merci beaucoup Dominique 🏡

Cabanes mieux que sur les photos, propres, café et thé mis à disposition appréciable, confortables et bien aménagées pour une petite surface. Accueil chaleureux. Près du centre tout en ayant un coin de verdure.

On entend un peu le bruit du boulevard.

le site est super agréable, niché dans la verdure. A deux pas du centre historique du Mans. L'hotesse est souriante et très sympa. Prévenante, et nous livre un petit déjeuner super complet et de qualité

Fantastisch

Wij hebben genoten al was het maar voor 1 nacht (doorreis). Alles was schoon en netjes. Vriendelijk ontvangst, goed te bereiken en fijn dat onze auto binnen kon staan. Het was 10 min. lopen naar het centrum, waar we een leuke avond hadden omdat er een mooie lichtshow door de stad was. Bedankt Dominique je bent een goede host 🫶🏼.

Une hôtesse très souriante et disponible si besoin, on a beaucoup apprécié sa discrétion. Pas de bruit de voisinage car pas de mitoyenneté, ça c'est super. Superbe !

Nous recommandons vivement cette location au calme à la décoration soignée, à 15 min à pieds de la ville intra muros. Emplacement idéal pour visiter cette ville charmante. Dominique nous a reçu chaleureusement. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux, la literie est d'excellente qualité. Il y a également possibilité de se garer. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Juste parfait !

Un petit endroit de paradis en plein centre du mans, une réel pause pour un weekend en amoureux. Personne très accueillante et disponible au besoin! Facile d'accès et explication très clair. Mille merci ! Ps: le gros plus un petit déjeuner très copieux un délice 😋

Pour rien au monde je ne reviendrai.

Les véhicules qui passent rue de la geniere font vibrer la cabane. C'est très désagréable. J'avais réservé pour 6 nuits et j'ai décidé de partir dès la fin de la première nuit.
