Needs were met in sleeping arrangements, however not as advertised

Convenient to area visiting, clean if somewhat basic facilities but met needs.

Pictures supplied over exaggerate cabin size! No food or drink in evening… as well as location, stay was based on site having those facilities!

Rooms were very clean, no noise despite railway station nearby. Hotel close to city center with many restaurants nearby.

Most of the staff not able to speak English, breakfast sold out 30 min before end of breakfast time, parking lot overbooked

Good location, modern, sad staff

Not a bad location near the tram for access to the race track and centre. Seemed quite clean and modern.

Staff were all a bit sad and not very engaging, so maybe some hospitality training would help. Bar was shut at night, even though staff were there.

It was easy to find and although the carpark was full, there are easy directions to one next door. Friendly welcome and the hotel was stylish and very clean. Comfortable bed and a great variety for breakfast.

All the staff were very helpful and happy in their work. everywhere was clean and well looked after. We came in a expensive car which we parked in the secure car park

We could not get english on the television. But that could well be operator era on our part

The location is perfect! Right at the train station, and connected to tram lines. The city centre is 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is very nice. The staff was generally nice and helpful.

The fan in the bathroom is always on, never stops, don't know why. The windows in the room cannot be opened, so I felt boxed in a bit. One of the staff on the reception speaks no English, and on check out I was able to only partially explain to this person how my payment and invoice should be handled, although initially I was assured by other, English-speaking staff that there would be no problem to handle it exactly as I needed. This caused some administrative problems for me when I wanted to claim my travel expenses.

A very very nice hotel with friendly staff, although at the night meal no one spoke in English regarding the menu available.

Booking.com stated English was spoken no one I spoke to that daywas fully conversant.

Room was super spacious and clean, comfy bed, clean shower and bathroom. The room was better than what I expected. Right next to the train station which was handy.

Some of the staff gave off an unfriendly vibe, but other staff were very helpful.

Top staff!

The staff was exceptional. There was something in our food we didn't like (basically, we ordered a dish that we don't like, but only realized too late), and the staff dealt with the situation in the best possible way. In short, they were so nice that the negative experience (our fault) became a really nice experience of interaction with them. No money pays people like this. Top, really!
