Nice friendly English speaking staff. Good breakfast and dog allowed to attend. Quiet clean rooms.

Check in was easy and friendly with a good understanding of English. Room was peaceful and comfortable. A big plus our dog was allowed into the breakfast room. Probably down to us but we could not find a dog friendly resyaurant for an evening meal and had to get a take away in the end. Only streets to walk our dog on as in town centre.

A convenient car park in front of the hotel which we were able to park in as we arrived late afternoon. The car park was very quickly full later.

The lady who was on reception was extremely good and helpful, very polite and friendly

The rooms were fine, we asked for ground floor rooms and they were provided. We had the breakfast in the morning we left and this again was fine.

Friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation

We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower. The Reception was welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with a small dog and the room had ample space for his bed. Location is a convenient 10 minute stroll to restaurants/pubs. Parking is conveniently on site. We would stay here again if passing through the area.

A good value, comfortable stay for a business trip

We were quite surprised by the hotel. It is clearly oriented to business travelers, but the room was comfortably traditional. It had a lift inside, parking and a good location. It is no frills, but no strong negatives either.

Parking can be tight. Corridors are poorly lit.

Parking on site, good location for town centre, friendly and helpful manager on the desk. The room was very adequately equipped and the breakfast had been prepared with care and attention. Good value for money and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel centrally located in Les Manns - big bonus is private parking right in front of the hotel. Clean spacious (enough) simply furnished rooms but with a bit of character with great breakfast at a great price

Nice and comfortable in a good location

Old fashion but in good condition, with a mid century modern style. Huge bedroom and king size bed, very comfortable. OK breakfast. Good location, not far from the gorgeous Cité Plantagenêt.

No kettle in bedroom. Bathroom could do with some modernisation.

Pleasant hotel to stay in close to Le Mans Musuem.

Gentlemen on reception was helpful. The hotel had an acceptable lounge to have a drink in. Rooms were of a good size and bathroom met our requirements. Parking was good.

There was no AC or fans, but thankfully it was too hot.

Great staff & very clean, slightly uncomfortable bed.

The staff were amazing - the young man on the front desk when I arrived (after 10pm) pointed me in the direction of where to get something to eat and was generally very helpful and friendly. The next morning, the woman on reception was really helpful in pointing out how to get to the cathedral and telling me about the market that was on. Both spoke impeccable English. They also allowed me to leave my car there during the day while I explored the town.

The bed wasn't very comfortable - some sort of thin(ish) foam mattress that dipped significantly in the middle. But not unexpected at a budget hotel and not the end of the world. And whilst the room and bathroom were very clean, the duvet cover definitely had something crusty on it that led me to turn it over and sleep under the cleaner side. It had been washed, just not checked I think.

Very big room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Staff super helpful in locating a dog friendly restaurant close by (food delicious by the way) and also getting a vet appointment to worm my little dog before leaving France.
