Dissappointing, but convenient location.

The location

Unclean Bedding. Sheets and quilt cover had not been changed, were dirty.! Went to reception, she said she would give us clean bedding to put on. We went back to room to wait. She came up and handed them to us to do, but we helped her to do them. Quilt cover was wrong size. ! Told her to leave it as it was too late, we wanted to get to bed for early start in the morning.

Sweaty and a bit sad

Plenty of fans available and a wide variety of room configurations available. We booked three separate apartments/rooms for our group in total.

No parking instructions before arrival so pure guesswork. Once we were checked in we got some very complicated instructions and a fob about what we needed to do to get parked up. The rooms were extremely dated and shabby. The wet room shower went everywhere including into the living area beyond the bathroom. No air conditioning and the rooms were stiflingly hot with tiny little air cooling units that you needed a phd to figure out how to work. In terms of location, it’s a bit like staying on the doorstep of King’s Cross train station in London or the gare du nord in Paris. It’s not a nice part of the city at all and the nearby restaurants were pretty ropey. Breakfast selection was a bit dull. Very glad we were only there for a one night stopover.

If you’re going by car, the hotel is hard to find. It is not on the main road, the sign is not visible and the guiding for the parking is not clear.

Handy place to stop when travelling across France. Old town was a lovely surprise, short walk away.

Helpful staff. Our booked room had been flooded but they offered an alternative with tow rooms to fit our family.

Disappointing

Very disappointed with the fact that called in the Hotel to say that was traveling from Spain and would be late for a check in, when arrived there was no car park available from the hotel and at 3:30 am was not the best reception. Not very happy to stay and don't think in ever come back.

Ok place, but not on hot weather

Well, it was a tourist weekend in the area so it was an enjoyable weekend and the minor problems of the hotel werent really a point.

Well, saturday night the elevator was not working. Still, the guy at the desk offered me to take my luggage, which was not needed. And then the air conditioning control that you have to be a aerospace ingeneer to make it work, which i couldnt. Also, the rooms on the railway side are quite noisy in the mornings

We like the best location of the Appart'City Le Mans Centre. We easy arrived from Gare du Le Mans and also suitable to take the trains to almost nice points of the Le Mans.

Some time trains makes noise if you opened the windows.
