Great location, shame about the hotel

location was very good

I’m unsure how this is a 3* property it’s more akin to a hostel. The double rooms are really small, the bed was collapsed in the middle so it was like sleeping in a taco holder, it wasn’t an easy process to get a cot for our child, the kettle was broken to the point where it kept boiling and had to switch it off by hand and got burnt, the white towels look like they’ve done a few seasons and are now grey

The location was ok, staff were helpful. Had a cooktop and fridge.

The room was dirty. Pillow was lumpy but I did get extra when I asked. All dishes needed to be washed before using. My husband had to fix the shower so the spray was not on the wall. The breakfast, which was optional was just ok but the coffee undrinkable.

Not happy...

Small studio, nothing to do with the size in the pics. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, poor towels, staff didn't speak any other language than French. Very busy area for cars and parking almost impossible. I wouldn't go back. We stopped as were travelling from Spain to the UK, so really wanted to rest.

Good enough for a visit to the Le Mans circuit.

We stayed for the Le Mans Classic races, so the price was much higher than normal, but we expected it. Thankfully, we spent most of our time at the track and not at the hotel because it was nothing special. It was a relatively short walk to the tram stop.

It really isn't a fault of the hotel, but if you are coming from the city center after the train station is closed, it is a very long walk. Maybe there was some other way, but we never found it.

Je considère cet hôtel comme ma seconde maison lors de toutes mes visites au Mans. C’est mon premier choix depuis 2023. Je suis un client fidèle grâce à la qualité du lieu et à l’excellence du personnel. Le système d’enregistrement autonome est également un atout pour moi. Cet hôtel restera toujours mon premier choix lors de mes séjours.

Res, va haver un error en les dades, per part de booking. Nosaltres teníem una reserva i en arribar a la nit, aquesta era per gairebé un mes després. Evidentment vam haver de agafar altre hotel. El hotel no es fa responsable i booking tampoc.

Que qui hagi de pagar les conseqüències sigui sempre el client, quan estic fart de contractar allotjaments a Booking. Un día que gi ha un problema, ningú es fa responsable. Una vergonya per part del hotel i booking. Poca serietat. Vergonyós

Appartement pratique, accueil incroyable !

Appartement pratique. Les personnes à l’accueil sont très à l’écoute.

Cuisine très sommaire. Pas de place pour l’équipement et pour brancher les appareil il y a une seule prise pour tout, une grande machine à café à filtre (pour une seule personne c’est dommage).

Juste parfait.

La chambre était très confortable notamment le lit et sinon globalement bien équipée. L'accueil était vraiment top, j'avais besoin de travailler sur mon PC et on m'a ouvert la salle de petit-déjeuner le temps que ma chambre soit prête (prête dès 12heures ce qui est rare et très agréable). L'hitel est bien placé juste derrière la gare ! Franchement c'est un 10/10.

Ce n'est qu'un léger détail mais le fait d'avoir les codes d'accès sur un papier lors du check-in n'est pas le plus confortable, recevoir un message serait parfait.
