Great location, shame about the hotel

location was very good

I’m unsure how this is a 3* property it’s more akin to a hostel. The double rooms are really small, the bed was collapsed in the middle so it was like sleeping in a taco holder, it wasn’t an easy process to get a cot for our child, the kettle was broken to the point where it kept boiling and had to switch it off by hand and got burnt, the white towels look like they’ve done a few seasons and are now grey

The location was ok, staff were helpful. Had a cooktop and fridge.

The room was dirty. Pillow was lumpy but I did get extra when I asked. All dishes needed to be washed before using. My husband had to fix the shower so the spray was not on the wall. The breakfast, which was optional was just ok but the coffee undrinkable.

Not happy...

Small studio, nothing to do with the size in the pics. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, poor towels, staff didn't speak any other language than French. Very busy area for cars and parking almost impossible. I wouldn't go back. We stopped as were travelling from Spain to the UK, so really wanted to rest.

Good enough for a visit to the Le Mans circuit.

We stayed for the Le Mans Classic races, so the price was much higher than normal, but we expected it. Thankfully, we spent most of our time at the track and not at the hotel because it was nothing special. It was a relatively short walk to the tram stop.

It really isn't a fault of the hotel, but if you are coming from the city center after the train station is closed, it is a very long walk. Maybe there was some other way, but we never found it.

No parking near hotel Nobody at the hotel keys are left in a box in foyer for anyone to pick up room was dirty and in fact I was unable to stay in It but no one answers any of the phone numbers that are displayed including emergency number

je vais chercher des apart hotel, 1ère expérience parfaite, rien n'est laissé au hasard : merci

j'ai apprécié le personnel que j'ai eu au téléphoe avant mon séjour : explications précises correctes une belle écoute et patience. les équipements du coin kitchenette, les thé café, l'insonorisation, lieu très calme, l'extrême propreté bravo, le sms de procédure d'arrivée en autonomie, la procédure de départ que l'on peut faire à distance.

la literie mais toutefois confortable, les toilettes le bouton de chasse d'eau un peu vétuste, l'eau chaud à 21h12 qui diminue , je n'avais pas vu l'information sur la taxe de séjour

Appart hôtel moyen

Studio sale, de la moisissure sur le mur extérieur. Dommage qu'il y ai encore de la moquette au sol... Les accessoires de cuisine sont d'une propreté douteuse. Sinon calme et bien placé avec possibilité de se garer facilement. Petit déjeuner restreint, manque grille pain, machine à cuire les œufs ne fonctionne pas correctement.

Je considère cet hôtel comme ma seconde maison lors de toutes mes visites au Mans. C’est mon premier choix depuis 2023. Je suis un client fidèle grâce à la qualité du lieu et à l’excellence du personnel. Le système d’enregistrement autonome est également un atout pour moi. Cet hôtel restera toujours mon premier choix lors de mes séjours.
