A good value contemporary stop over in a scruffy part of Le Mans.checknin without a person was difficult and Iwould not

Clean, comfortable, spacious and a generous breakfast and a delightful breakfast host. A nice contemporary feel in a scruffy part of Le Mans.

Check in was very difficult. Messages to download a check-in app were unnecessary as the pre arrival text codes gave us access. This generated stress and spoilt our arrival.

Very stylish contemporary boutique hotel. With a garage for my motorcycle. Good city centre location

A lot of stairs with your luggage if you’re on the 3rd floor. Breakfast room a little compact. Parking quite expensive, but not surprising I. A double garage.

Superb

Great to have garage parking on site as very narrow one way street. Booking codes worked well. We liked the modern eco build. Not far from the main square for restaurants. Excellent all day breakfast room & balcony. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our way back!

Our fridge wasn't plugged in so we connected it up but it didn't work. Not enough room in the visitor's fridge.

Didn't stay at the property because of unprofessional owner.

Can't really say since we decided to rent another place on the day of arrival due to a myriad of messages on the day of arrival and an incredibly rude owner on the phone.

It started with a total of 8 messages by email on the day of arrival asking us to confirm personal email address or phone number to receive access codes. This was 5-6h before check in. We called them back from the road to give them our phone number and they confirmed sending us the codes by SMS at 12pm. At ca. 1pm we got a call from the hotel asking us to confirm our room choice (2 rooms, plus one baby cot, so 4 adults and one small child in the cot, even smaller child with us in the double bed, as per our booking information. We had confirmed the baby cot with them on the day of booking ca three months before). Some minutes later, the owner calls us on his day off to reconfirm and ask us to pay an additional room or bed since our booked rooms would not be enough. We politely declined any additional fee (80 at first, 40 for another bed option, then 30.. Not clear at all), pointing to our previous communication (that had been accepted by them Re baby cot). The owner ended up screaming at us on the phone and interrupting any of our attempts to calmly clarify the situation. All this while on the road and over speaker. It was so unwelcome, that I didn't see another choice but to hang up on him for the sake of raid safety and the children in the car. Communication took place in the owners language btw. Once we decided to stop at a rest stop and find a solution for us, we called him back to offer cancelation of our stay with them. Owner was surprised and said it would be at our costs. He also said, and I quote : "Tensions got high over the phone, this can happen." Sorry, but no. It can't. Before this last call with the owner, we had also reached out to Booking.com and the operator tried calling the hotel for clarification. He was unable to communicate with the staff (operator only spoke English and the staff apparently didn't. We only spoke French with them) and therefore couldn't help.

A great find in an ideal location close to the city life

A rare find. The room was so well equipped including air conditioning. Lovely en-suite. Also 24 hour access to Breakfast room with tea / coffee , fruit and biscuits. Would return any time. Ideal location.

Parking could be a problem in the narrow street so perhaps book the parking option

Modern in an old building, convenient, comfortable and very clean.

Pierre the owner has recently renovated the entire building, and it shows. As a engineer his attention to detail is clear to see, down to the installation of fire alarms for deaf clients. Location is superb to Le Mans Center, and great facilities for the rate charged. Good luck Pierre!

La conception de cet hôtel tout en bois, proche de l’hypercentre et le calme ambiant. Des chambres bien cosy.

Le lieu s’inscrit dans une volonté durable et affiche sa volonté de gérer au mieux la consommation d’eau. Adhésion totale… mais la réserve d’eau chaude semble quelque peu étriquée 😳 bref la douche matinale était à peine tiède.
