The hotel room was clean, warm and the bed was really comfortable . I would certainly stay again. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful and could speak English.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but I found it difficult to find. There were a lot of roadworks going on in Le Mans at this time and I didn't have the use of my mobile phone app Google maps.

Bed was comfortable but the room itself was terrible. Window hanging off its hinges and curtains filthy
Window was broken - curtains filthy. Communal areas really rundown

Location
1. Took forever to organise parking, then wanted to charge €30.
2. Breakfast was in a gloomy basement.

Positive side: central location
To be improved: breakfast area with windows, better quality food

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
No bin available in room, one small one in bathroom but no bag. Toilet roll holder held together by blue tape. Filthy corridors. Tv was hanging oddly on wall so didnt dare use it.
Initial details of hotel say parking available but upon arrival it is street parking, if available!!!

Large room with disabled facilities.
The road were the hotel was sited was underground r road works. This was not on the website.
Allocated a single bedded room for three people. Told it was a booking. Com error.
Room was changed to three bedded room with a wet room which is useful for our son who is vision impaired and has learning difficulties. Parking was difficult with no facilities for blue badge parking. Had to park on the street some way from the hotel.

The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, beds comfy - it was a good experience. No on-site parking but we were able to park closeby without any hassle and there is another hotel carpark close-by that can be used.
It's not fancy by any means but it was good value for money and most importantly, it was clean.

The staff was friendly and it was in a good location. The bed was comfortable and there was good wifi access.
The facilities felt a bit run down and the light on our floor flickered. There was also no parking for our car. Our room had stains all over the walls and the floor was sticky.

The breakfasts were good.
Lighting - nearly all lights in the fourth floor were not working.
There was no soap in the only soap dispenser in the shower.

Hotel was in a good location, close to trams and less than 10 minute walk to the cathedral. The guy on the desk was really helpful, giving us map, directions and restaurant recommendation. Always nice when breakfast is included, and the shower in the room was pretty good.
The building seems strange at first, it is definitely a converted office block and the reception is off to a side and down some stairs, so the entrance and hallway is not that welcoming, a bit shabby.

I liked The breakfast à volonté, the location, closed to the city and public transportation. The Quietness in the evening. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
The facility looks like it's falling g apart. I have stayed in many Bugdet hotels from IBIS, this one has the lowest rate when it comes to the facilities, the cleaness and how comfortable it was. The rooms are very small, the stairs in the common area was covered with dirt, the elevator was Out of service, and there is no dedicated parking. The only convenient parking is from the hotel next door and closes its port at 22h30. Then you need to find a parking parking spot in the vicinity of the hotel.
My room card kept been deactivated for reasons unknown. One day after a wedding party I had to wait in front of the room with my kids at 4 am in the morning for almost 15 mn because the card was not working.
They did not put enough towels in the bedrooms even though it was a family room we took.I had to ask extra towels each time. And there was no bath mat neither.

Room was reasonably good value.
Breakfast was a dismal affair. Stale bread and you have to eat your cereal out of a cardboard coffee cup! The woman on duty was more interested in watching TV that helping the guests. Also, I didn't need to be told on check-in (after asking "Parlez-vous l'anglais") "YOU ARE IN FRANCE, YOU MUST SPEAK FRENCH!" by the middle-aged male receptionist.

Good location, just a short walk from the centre of town. Comfortable bed and good air con.
No guest parking available, not too much of a problem on a motorcycle but maybe not so rayon a car.

The location is great, in a very quiet street and so near the city centre. The rooms are small but comfortable and the shower is great. The atmosphere in the hotel was very quiet, so I could have a good rest at night.
Breakfast used to have more options and be more agreeable before the pandemic.
Unfortunately, the receptionist who received us when we arrived there made a mistake with the tourist tax, which forced me to file a complaint later on.

Standard Ibis Budget (with triple rooms) and Air-Conditioning (good in June) only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Basic and clean - as expected for the brand. Free street parking if you lucky.
Breakfast was poor - The products were OK (as expected for a budget hotel and cheap price) but no plates, wooden cutlery and nothing to eat the cereal with - our 8 year old was eating his cereal from a paper coffee cup using a wooden tea spoon! Not the end of the world but a little too cheap....

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The wheelchair access was very troublesome. we had to enter through the parking gate at the back of the hotel. The accessible bathroom had only one angled bar to the sidebar the toilet instead of two parallel bars. this makes it impossible for a person without the use of their legs to do a parallel lift.

The staff were very helpful when
We struggled to find somewhere
To park our car
The street had Limited Parking
But the hotel had arrangement
With hotel next door to use their
Car park for a small fee
