Wow, wow, wow!

Wow factor from start to finish! Wonderfully friendly and helpful host! Stunning swimming pool area which we had sole use of. Tasteful and spacious room and en-suite. Wonderful central location, secure parking. Will definitely return and have recommended to all our friends. Lovely fresh breakfast items, some cooked to order.

Unique small hotel in city centre with fabulous pool and exceptional breakfast

Beautiful house in central location close to the cathedral.. Owner was delightful and had stayed late to welcome us. Wonderful subterranean swimming pool and delicious breakfast.

Rather hard to get to, especially as there were road works in city centre and lots of one way routes.

Perfect boutique high quality, family run property - a real find indeed !

Great location on the edge of the old town and right next to the “New town” which is 300yo shopping precinct, very boutique, top class building and facilities with everything one could desire including a pool. Delightful owner who is very helpful and engaging, her perfect little dog was a real added bonus, the star of the show and we definitely took a liking to him ! Oh and breakfast is delightful with your own private egg chef and all things fresh French ! Highly recommended !!!

A wonderful 24 hours

Beautifully appointed house, lovely rooms off a sweeping staircase, great basement pool and gym, excellent breakfast. It’s in a super location, just a few steps from the shops and restaurants of the city centre and a short walk to the Old Town. Cecile was a very helpful host and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

Great place to stay for a short visit to the centre of Le Mans.

Location excellent, easy walk to main square and historic quarter. Easy to find. Good choice of restaurants close by. Room was beautifully furnished and the cleanliness was first class. Towels and toiletries were excellent.

No air-con in room, so necessary to open windows at night, therefore making the room very noisy. Very strict check-in time, no one around if you arrive earlier than designated time. Really tiny car parking area so some re-positioning of cars required.

Our hostess was delightful and our room equally so! Spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The swimming pool in the cellar added a surprising touch of glamour. The hotel is situated close to the historic old city in a quiet street.
