View of the car park from room. Very small room with two single beds pushed together very squeaky and hard mattresses. The room was above a laundry/boiler room so very noisy all night. No fridge in the room for my medication. Paper cups for tea. Shower leaked. Toilet barely flushed. Terrible room for the price. Disappointing . They then wanted €15 to park which was not advertised.

Fantastic Hotel great value for money.

Perfect location in the middle of Le Mans with secure parking, with loads of spaces. Very friendly, helpful staff who’s English was far superior than our French. Great value for money - thanks

Helpful and very friendly reception staff and a clean and well appointed hotel.

Clean, well equipped room and large comfortable bed. The staff were first rate; very helpful and friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure I was well looked after. The car park was large and secure and the reception staff even helped to store our bikes in a secure room inside the hotel.

The current road works all around central Le Mans make finding the hotel car park very difficult. However this is no fault of the hotel at all. They did send a message prior to my stay but sat navs find it very difficult to avoid all of the road closures. The reception staff helped a lot to ease the finding of the car park and I did located it in the end.

A super welcome and a nice hotel if you get the right room ...

This was a much improved visit than our first stay 2 weeks earlier. On both occasions I had booked a suite, on the first visit (booked with Accor) the room was dark, it didn't have a balcony and there was no welcome or effort made. On this visit, booked with Booking.com, the welcome was excellent, we had a lovely room with a balcony and a welcome gift. I have learned a lesson, stick with Booking.com (the only reason I hadn't booked with them on the way out was due to them not having availability). A special mention to Aurelia (sorry it that's not quite the right spelling) who was so lovely, professional but also chatty and helpful. It can make all the difference. Overall I would book this hotel again, but with Booking.com.

I always have fruit salad and yoghurt for breakfast but the hotel had used grapefruit in the fruit salad which meant I couldn't eat it. I think it is worth them knowing that grapefruit is an absolute no-no to anyone who is on blood pressure tablets or statins - very dangerous for them. I would also have liked fresh coffee so I could have decaffeinated, a machine serving coffee in a 4* hotel is somewhat disappointing.

The property was in a beautiful old building, very central to the centre and bars/ restaurants. It was super clean and run efficiently. Very good parking and lifts. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was within walking distance of the old town and all local sites and amenities. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and the hotel itself was a lovely building. There was an exceptionally good breakfast provided in the room price. Definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. It was just ok. Oh Parking was secure.

No communication from hotel detailing access restrictions around hotel were non existent. Having traveled for 9 hours to get to the hotel all we wanted was a bar snack and a drink, but they offer no food on a Sunday. It’s a hotel that doesn’t really cater for its guest, it’s purely a bed for the night, no more no less. Would not use again.

A really lovely stay in a charming hotel in a beautiful town.

The room was large and bed super comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and car park secure. Location excellent. Only a short walk into the old town.

As there were road works blocking off roads to the hotel it would have been useful to have been given directions to the car park prior to our arrival.

Hotel doing their best under difficult circumstances.

Large round room, lots of space, good bathroom..

Lack of restaurant on a friday, not the fault of the Hotel but Le Mans was a disgrace, roadworks everywhere, pavements just gravel, it really spoilt our trip, especially as the restaurant we visited had no food due to the road chaos, luckily we found a patisserie shop still open,

Good location - walking distance to the main centre of Le Mans. Friendly check in staff. Comfortable bed.

Amenities in the bedroom were rather lacking for a 4 star hotel. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, only shampoo/body wash. There were no bin liners in the bins and no sanitary bags available. There were 2 bags of herbal tea available but no English breakfast or standard black/green tea. The kettle smelt strongly of vinegar and needed to be rinsed multiple times before use.

Lovely staff and good food.

The breakfast was included and excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely pastries and fruit set out for tea time.

We booked 2 rooms, one for a single woman and one for a couple. It was odd that they gave the single woman the room with the queen bed and the couple the room with single beds. Since she had unpacked, we didn't switch but it seems like the receptionist would have assigned the rooms accordingly. From the location it was easy to walk to the historic town and the Jardin, or catch the metro to the 24 Hour Le Mans Museum.

Convenient location near the town centre.

Some of the decor needs updating, carpets worn. Our room was on the 4th floor. There was a lift but there were 2 short flights of steps to negotiate, with luggage, on the 4th floor itself. The restaurant is closed at weekends ( and several restaurants in Le Mans were closed on Sundays)
