Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

Hotel was good and staff lovely. It was very central and close to transport links. Unfortunately due to the high temperature it was difficult to cool down without opening windows and this caused a high level of noise in the room. We were provided with a fan but although it moved air around the temperature was still uncomfortable. Some sort of air conditioning would be helpful especially as temperatures are rising.

Our room had a lot of space but it needs work. Very outdated place, loud bed. No A/C. There’s a fan in the room. And they even give you earplugs… it’s very loud from the trams and trains on both sides so not possible to sleep with an open window either.

The apartments are located right along the train tracks and so the rooms are very noisy and small. Bed is very narrow, pretty uncomfortable and the pillow is small and too soft. Reception staff is competent so check in and check out was fast and efficient. Breakfast was expensive and with very few choices. Hotel was reasonably clean but the rooms are not cleaned every day. The asking price was very high and so value for money was low. I would recomend it only if there is no room anywhere else. We were there during the 24hr Le mans race so maybe the price was high because of that event. Location is good, it is 10 minutes walking distance from the town center.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room, the very comfortable bed and the additional facilities such as the fridge, kettle and microwave. The ensuite bathroom was a good size with a wonderful shower unit. The property was well placed for a short walk to the city centre.

The hotel is located very practically by the train station, the metro stop and the taxi stand, and with several choices for breakfast, coffee and food nearby. The apartment, including kitchen and bathroom, was nice and clean, and the reception staff were efficient and helpful.

OK, big strange soapy stain from a leak on the floor in the room which never went away, in general the hotel corridors etc were a bit grubby and stained but not terrible. Good and friendly service from staff though.

Ideally located if you need a bed for the night and you are travelling by train, but we were driving from the south of France to the North and it's a pain to park (10e a night extra) and a bit of a walk from the hotel with our bags. Local area is not nice at all - mostly kebab and fast food chicken joints, couldn't find anywhere decent to eat. Noise doesn't bother us but it is quite noisy as it overlooks the rail tracks. But the interior is great, clean, spacious, all you need for just a 1 night stay, just the location is not great if you are passing through in a car, better to find somewhere on the outskirts probably.

This a lovely, clean apartment block. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent and the shower powerful. I would definitely stay here again. For travellers, it is right next door to the train station and if you are driving the paid parking is extra secure.

Hotel stuck betweem the train station and the tram rails. Not to noisy and the room was of good size but with nothing special. Theres no point staying there unless you need to take an early train.You certainely dont want to walk around there with all the strange people around the rail road station.

Bed, blanket, sheets were very dirty, chicken facilities were limited, they hadn’t lights before guess goes inside of roomtherefore two blob were burned, they requested for a change and replacement of clean towel and sheets. it was good at least one person can speak English.

This Hotel is just next to the main train station. TGV and trains the whole night. No chance to sleep with an open window. Rooms are big and clen. The personal is very effectiv and always there to help you. Before they can help you, you have to reach the hotel, impossible with a car...so you're forced to park somewhere your car (no, really NO spaces next to it), walk over some Tramways rails and Enter the Hotel. They 'll give you a possibility to park your car under the trainstation....with a specific badge....and the same procedure when you leave because you have to bring back the badge afterwards. So unfortunately a NO GO

We were in Le Mans for 1 night and needed accommodation next to the train station. The facilities and room are basic but pleasant enough for the money. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable. The room was a decent size. The apartments are located literally next to the train tracks/platforms. We could hear all the happenings of the train station but the double glazed windows block out most of the noise which was good. The main city centre is a 10min walk away.

First it was nearly impossible to find this hotel as there are no signalisation neither in the street nor directly on the building. No parking accessible if your car has more than 1,8m (no multi van or roof box). The bedroom was directly above the railway station in summer without air conditioning. No way to sleep for all my family. It is a shame when you just want to stop and relax for one night. In description of the room was precised that wifi was available but actually not in the bedroom and the only access for internet in the bedroom is by wire if you pay, hard to connect a smartphone!
