We were stunned to find such a beautiful Villa behind an unassuming facade in a small street. And the large, lovingly designed garden is just incredible. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay in villa Misano!

Intriguing property

Spectacular property with exquisitely designed interior. Comfy large bed, well located with good on street parking. Large, clean well equipped kitchen.

The en-suite shower room had no toilet, with only a communal toilet some distance away. This is not made clear in the details, and for a property of this quality seems a glaring oversight. The bedroom lacked basic amenities such as glasses for water, and a kettle. There were no instructions as to what facilities could be used - we felt like we were intruding in someone's house! The separate shared toilet has no towels or hand drying facilities. To summarize, this is an exquisite and intriguing place to stay but lacked some basic facilities and welcoming touches, or indeed any information as to how to use the property.

this is the best place to stay by far! everything is done very precisely, in detail and beautifully. The room was beautiful! The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness 10 out of 10! Excellent stay and I definitely recommend it to everyone! All praise to the owner, we will be happy to come again!

Amazing studio large felt more like a 1 bedroom apartment, with beautiful facilities. The location is perfect to walk around the city. With off-street parking and a beautiful garden. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stunningly beautiful and glamorous house. Bed perfectly comfortable.great location. Onside parking.

States private bathroom but it was down the hall and not lockable. No toilet in the bathroom. Shared toilet down stairs. I had to get dressed in the night to use the toilet and twice it was in use.

The location is great, short walk to town but in a very quiet neighbourhood. I was able to leave the windows open without any noise. Arnaud was the perfect host, always prepared to do his best for me. Off-street parking.

Beautiful, Upgraded house stay in Le Mans was top notch!

Our stay here was delightful! The upgraded facilities were beautiful! Many gathering areas, stunning kitchen area, private parking! Since we were here in the off season/shoulder season we had the entire house to ourselves! We are not used to sharing with persons not in our household, so that was a big bonus! One thing we were not used to was the shared toilet room. We had our own shower/sink room in our rooms, but the shared toilet down the hall was unusual for us. Owner was responsive and very easy to work with.

Excellent établissement, à recommander

Cet établissement est très bien situé ; à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Il est très sécurisé et possède un parking fermé. Tout est super bien décoré et pensé. La cuisine est top : four, micro-ondes, four à vapeur, lave-vaisselle, frigo et surgélateur séparé. Tout est super bien entretenu et propre. Il y a un très grand jardin. Nous y avons séjourné déjà plusieurs fois et nous ne manquerons pas d y revenir.

Je ne vois pas de points négatifs.

Malgré le calme, je déconseille l'établissement, la description ne correspond pas à la réalité.

1. Sur le descriptif, il était indiqué Salle de bains privative. Pas de WC ! A aucun moment, il est écrit que les WC sont communs ! 2. Arrivé en fin de journée, j'ai tenté de joindre la personne gérant l'établissement. Malgré plusieurs appels, aucune réponse, aucun retour. Rien. Décevant.

Conforme à la description : beauté et confort du lieu

Magnifique villa avec un niveau de qualité correspondant à la description. En centre-ville dans une rue bien calme. Chambre avec salle de bains privative et literie très confortable dotée d'un salon appelant à la détente en arrivant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Dommage que certains occupants qui rentrent tard ne soient pas plus respectueux de la quiétude du lieu. Un des locataires a d'ailleurs été obligé de rappeler en pleine nuit que la villa était occupée par d'autres personnes... Rien à voir avec la beauté du lieu, mais un rappel des règles communes paraissait utile.

Le cadre ainsi que la décoration de la villa sont superbes La literie est également très bien. L’ensemble est propre

La salle de bain n’est pas dans la chambre bien que soit disant privative. Cette dernière ne fermant pas à clef de l’extérieur d’autres personnes l’ont utilisée. Les WC ne sont pas privatifs OR sur le descriptif Booking il est écrit salle de bain privative. Le gérant joue sur les mots. Seuls la douche et le lavabo sont « privatifs » mais pas dans la chambre.

Ruim en stijlvol ingericht huis op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum. Parkeerplaats binnen de poort of buiten op straat waar er voldoende plaats is Mooie en ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en verzorgde tuin. De kamer is groot met voldoende zitruimte en een ruime badkamer. De airco koelt prima en geluidloos. Topadresje in La Mans!

Très belle demeure, au calme, non loin de la cathédrale, avec un beau jardin.

La chambre a un très grand lit confortable, la salle de bain est lumineuse avec une grande cabine de douche. La cuisine et la salle à manger - partagées -, avec café/thé/confiture/miel à disposition, sont agréables.

Dommage que cette chambre n'ait pas eu un WC attenant. Comme cela est sous-entendu, il faut utiliser celui qui se trouve à l'étage. D'autre part, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (chambres au RCH, 1er étage et 2e étage).

Geweldige ervaring in dito stad

Zeer mooi statig en deftig pand. Het was 38 graden maar het huis was koel en de mooi ingerichte tuin heerlijk. Enorme gedeelde keuken en woonkamers. Fijne douche voor onszelf. Goede bedden. Eigenlijk alles top. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Zoek even door naar het middeleeuwse centrum. Dat is spectaculair!

De ligging in combinatie met de rust was precies wat we zochten. Er was een geweldige tuin. Het pand is fantastisch, in oude staat helemaal opgeknapt met een smaakvolle inrichting en mooie details. De contacten met de beheerder verliepen snel en correct.

Wat we jammer vonden was dat we geen eigen toilet hadden maar aangezien we alleen in het gebouw waren was dat voor ons huidig verblijf geen probleem.
