Hotel was locked when I arrived with nobody at reception. Was outside for a good 15 minutes before receptionist arrived

Poor reception staff, good accommodation

Nobody at the desk when I went to check in, fronr door was locked. There was a young lady (turned out to be the staff member who should have been at the desk) on the balcony directly above the front door who could see and hear me ringing the bell to enter. She didn't say anything not make any attempt to communicate with me. I thought she was a guest. Eventually a French couple arrived and they also couldn't get it. They said something to the young lady on the balcony and eventually she came down and let us in. No welcome, no apology. I almost never give negative reviews, but this is definitely an appropriate one.

Not a nice experience, couldn’t sleep due to unruly people right outside the door. only stayed as it was a dark wet rai

nothing. tiny room approx 11 ft x 8fft including wet room which was a panelled off square including toilet and sink. no soap just 2 towels 1 bath mat . wet toilet paper which broke off before it came out as it was damp. limescale not clean . Bed clean sheets and duvet 1 pillow each, 1 very old looking. shelf at back of bed meant you couldn’t sit up as it was in the way. no bedside table or shelf and 1 ft around 2 bed sides , pro18 inches at the bottom. front door open straight into square in front of wet room approx 1 metre square, couldn’t get 2people in at same time. door didn’t close properly without slam. nowhere to put anything on Flor as no space. Group of people outside door on walkway from 1am 3am approx. very worrying shouting and laughing. very expensive for what you got. more than quoted when booking.
