This place is a gem, very good place to stay.

Rural location but within reach of restaurants & other facilities. Very welcoming host. Animals to entertain. Swimming pool available. Very good breakfast, delicious home made jams. Restful outdoor terrace with relaxing furniture. Quiet & private room. Small children's playground & indoor play area if required.

Fantastic rural setting with lovely accommodation and wonderful grounds.

A little bit rural but suited our needs on a journey to family wedding. Room was fabulous with en suite. Facilities were excellent and the pool. Outside seating area and animals were delightful. Breakfast was plentiful.

Super place to spend the last night of a holiday

Good location, not far off the autoroute and yet feeling totally in the countryside. Lovely property, would definitely return and recommend it. Friendly and helpful owner, rooms well furnished, great breakfast. Communal room available with cooking facilities etc. The heated swimming pool was a bonus. We had Le Jardin d'Hiver, an upstairs room with a balcony and great views. Eco-friendly.

Le Jardin des 4 Saisons is absolutely amazing. The owners are incredibly kind and clearly put so much effort into making everything feel welcoming and well looked after. They even messaged us before our stay to offer an earlier check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The facilities are excellent, the garden is beautiful, and our son loves spending time with all the animals. It feels peaceful, relaxed and full of charm. Our room is spotless, spacious and tastefully decorated, with every detail carefully considered. Breakfast is delicious, with a generous selection including fresh eggs and homemade jam. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, spotless and easy to use for preparing meals. We also really appreciate how environmentally conscious the whole place is, with clear care taken to reduce waste and run things sustainably. We will be staying at Le Jardin des 4 Saisons every time we visit France. It truly is a special place!

If we had one wish, it would be to have arrived even earlier so we could have spent more time enjoying this beautiful place. We didn’t want to leave!

A real find and really relaxing.

The location was really nice and despite feeling rural - very close to Le Mans. Nicely turned out and facilities were great. Our host was lovley - even though we had language difficulties he made everything clear.

Very enjoyable one night stopover with very attentive owner of the place.

We particular appreciated the heated swimming pool at the end of a long day and the bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. We had already eaten well at lunch so the lack of eating facilities nearby was not a bother to us.

It was quite far out of the centre which was ok for us as we’d made all the visiting we wanted earlier but some might find it a drawback.

Perfect for what we needed

We only stayed one night as a stop on the way from Calais to the Dordogne. The location was perfect as we didn't want to negotiate the town. The manager was very friendly and helpful - suggested somewhere nearby for us to eat dinner. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. Lovely gardens, would be perfect for families with a play area and places to sit outside. The breakfast was very generous and there were also communal kitchen and sitting areas which we didn't use but might be useful for others.

One night stay en route to Caen for ferry crossing next day but wished we’d had longer at this exceptional property.

Well designed , easy access and exceptional , comfortable facilities. There was an impressive attention to detail in the facilities provided such as access to kitchen and what was provided for breakfast.

Everything was great & top quality - maybe some literature in English as the owner spoke very little but we managed via google translate.

A Gite for All Seasons

We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Fantastic place, very comfortable, clean, and a brilliant jacuzzi type corner bath! Great accommodation to unwind after a long drive south. If we are ever in the region again, we will definitely stay here.
