Very good communication before arrival. Easy self-check in. Room and bathroom were of a decent size. Safe and secure parking. Quiet area with a few restaurants nearby. Bus stop just outside, about 30 minutes to the city centre.
The air conditioning unit had not been serviced properly and began making a noise soon after being switched on, so could not be used. Breakfast was reasonable, but could have had more variety, especially for multiple days.

Ideal location for visiting Ghent. Bus stop right outside and easy trip in. Excellent room, good shower and very much enjoyed breakfast. Good choice and good quality. Would fully recommend

I had to call and send numerous emails to receive the correct invoices for my colleague and myself. The room smelled of mold.
