Very nice studio for 4 people. Clean (although inside the shower had some mold). Modern building.
If you come by flixbus or train is convenient since both stations are 10~ min away. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the centre. It wouldn’t be too bad if it had been summer time.

Excellent location near bus station with easy access to the city center.

Modern and comfortable aparthotel, really comfortable for our three night stay. Underground parking with EV charging is an added bonus and reasonably priced. Just outside agent old town but easy walk in
All good!

This apartment-style hotel is located near Dampoort Station, not Sint-Pieters Station, Ghent's main station. The rooms are quite spacious for the price, and they come equipped with kitchenware, so you can prepare simple meals in your room. The refrigerator is also a plus, and the staff is friendly.
It takes a bit of a walk to Korenmarkt, the city center. However, considering the price difference compared to hotels located in the city center, this isn't a major drawback. As this is an apartment hotel, rooms aren't cleaned daily, so it's a good idea to keep this in mind when choosing a hotel.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly, cheerful and helpful.
Breakfast was great too, plenty of choice and very tasty
Some of the English language channels on the tv in the room did not work

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean and a great location not far from the train station.

Was ok, bed was not great as it was a sofa bed, so not very comfortable, sheets and pillows had a " smell" to them, liked that it had a kitchen area and a safe.
Check out was 12 midday, but our key cards were cancelled before checking out, so the door lock to the room was cancelled before 12 midday, which meant that one person had to stay in the room while the other went to the car park to load the car.

Good kitchenette - simple but adequate for several days stay. Good aircon. Good sound proofing - busy road but not noisy when windows closed. Good wifi. Small table and 2 chairs to have a snack or basic meal. Coin laundry in building. Train station and supermarket 5 mins walk. 15 min walk to town.
Bed is strange - it has fixed raised sides on the upper half of it (like a kids cot) so you need to shuffle towards the foot of the bed to get out - weird bed set up generally. Comfortable enough. More English channels on tv would be great (1 BBC channel and 1 kids channel) . Area around train station is a bit grotty and I would be cautious if a single woman at night, but we were not hassled.

A modern aparthotel with clean and comfortable rooms which included a small kitchenette area. We loved this feature as it enabled us to make our own breakfast before heading out for the day. There's a decent-sized Carrefour supermarket about 10 minutes walk away where we bought everything we needed. The hotel is also only about 10 minutes' walk from Ghent Dampoort railway station. To get there from the airport requires a change of train at either Antwerp or Ghent Sint Pieters.
The hotel is also well-situated for reaching the historic centre (about 20-30 minutes walk). The on-site restaurant serves pizza and pasta. We had pizza there on our first night and thought it was very good. All the staff we had any interactions with were very friendly and helpful.
I really can't think of anything.

Comfortable bed, kitchen facilities, easy access to parking, dogs allowed, nice staff
No coffee in room, walking through breakfast to access lift to parking
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel was on a good location, it was a clean and presentable hotel.
The staff needs more education on how to be more professional. A few examples I encountered: we were a little bit earlier for check-in and was asked to wait until 3 pm. Another guest came some few minutes after us and the blonde lady receptionist said to them, check-in is from 3pm but ssshhht don't tell anyone and checked them in whiles I was sitting very close to the reception. Imagine how I felt.
Secondly, the waiter for the breakfast was always on his cell phone and had no attention or whatsoever for the guest. Instead of checking his phone all the time, he could have used the time filling up the buffet.

It was a big comfortable studio, and the restaurant and facilities on site were very good. Had gym, pingpong, fooseball too.
It wasn’t located in the pretty part of Ghent, more in the industrial area, so don’t expect a view, but it was next to train station in Dampoort and there was a bus that takes you into town. You could also just walk 20 minutes to the sites.

The staff were nice, really accommodating and happy to help, with someone on hand 24/7. The hotel is dog-friendly for a small fee, which suited us as we were travelling with our little Shih Tzu. The rooms are a decent size and the AC works well. Everything was clean. Parking felt very secure, with good sized spaces. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice.
The bed, while comfortable, felt a bit like a pull-out.. fine, but not ideal. The on-site restaurant advertised pasta, but on the night we went they were only serving pizza, which was disappointing, especially as some guests seemed to have come specifically for that. We stayed on a Saturday, so there were a few stag dos and party groups around, though it didn’t affect our sleep, which is worth mentioning. The area is a bit far out and in a slightly run-down area of Gent it seems, although it didn't feel unsafe.

The facilities
That the hotel only clean the room if you stay is longer that 8 days and that is not remarked during the booking or communicated at checking in or in any of their communications, they also do not replace the towels unless you request it.

Facilities: Parking, food, bar, lounge area.
Quite expensive for location and size of room.

Leaving this horrible place !
The room is extremely small.
The window has no view! You stare at a wall.
Old and stained mattresses (2 separate that don’t fit really fit the bed frame).
Water dripping on the bed from the ceiling, bathroom is right above.
Curtain not well fixed.
Broken TV.
No staff available if you need assistance ! The number they leave you in case of emergency, no one picks up. We had to call the firefighters for the water issue. We didn’t sleep all night.

Location was great, 15 minutes to the old town, near a supermarket, modern apartment, washing machine on site, microwave and stove.
Would have been good to have had coffee pods for the 2 day duration and milk, bathroom lighting not great and hairdryer pathetic for drying and styling long hair. Paid parking but that's Europe

Location was within walking distance of the city centre and Carrefour supermarket. Ate in the restaurant each night. Parking was available in the underground car park. Bedroom comfortable .
Breakfast limited although they did have alternative milk eg soya. Didn’t have alternative to butter or any jams for toast or croissants.

Very basic room and bathroom: no side tables next to beds, dirty shower curtain in bathroom. Neighbourhood is a building site. Restaurant is poor.

Polite and supportive staff at the reception and breakfast. Room spacious, and nice bathroom (also the color!). I didn’t like the bed, which could be stored away, and due to this, was less comfortable. Small gym but has all the essentials you need. Great hotel!

This modern accommodation was perfect for a city break stay. A good buffet breakfast was included in the total price. A clean room that had everything you needed, including a small, well equipped kitchenette. There is no daily housekeeping, but fresh towels or other toiletry items can be got at reception if needed. It was an approx 15 minute walk to the town centre. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious reception area.I felt this accommodation was good value for money. If visiting Ghent again I would book this accommodation.
I would have liked more of a selection of fresh fruit for breakfast, but apart from that, the breakfast was very good & tasty.

It was 5 min away from the train station and a 15 min walk into the centre of Gent!
The fact that it was self catering is excellent for someone on a budget.
Breakfast was included, which was most appreciated
It was very good value for money and so highly recommend it!
Will look for this group of hotels again for sure when travelling
I liked everything

Modern, very new, well designed in a good location for walking into the City Centre. The Studio rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Downstairs the reception and bar area are welcoming and a good place to sit and have a morning coffee. At night there is good food and drink available and the outside space has tables and chairs for when the weather is good. Staff are very friendly and attentive and the overall vibe is very good.
Although our mattresses were spotless, mattress protectors were not fitted and the bottom sheet was just that, not a fitted sheet. The sheet often became untucked during the night exposing the mattress.
Although the shower was excellent, a safety/grab rail for those with comprised mobility would have been useful .

Good services: do-it-yourself laundry&dryer machines kept laundry costs low compared to most hotels. Ping-pong and kicker table, outdoor bar area with screen (for the football Euros only?). Great rooms with some kitchen equipment.
Breakfast got a bit boring on the 4th morning, there was not a lot of variety, but it was sufficent.

Somewhat disorganized.

Good kitchenette and fridge. Nice foyer and facilities.
We were told by staff that there was a courtesy bus into old town. After waiting for it, we went back in to be told it had not been renewed. Although only a 15 minute walk, the courtesy bus would have been good.

Very well-equipped and very clean studio with a lot of shelves and cupboards, small but efficient kitchenette, covered parking place, friendly staff. Walking distance to the centre. Can recommend and will come back here if in Gent again.
No complaint.

Good facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast and an easy walk to the centre of Ghent.
Immediate area of hotel slightly dodgy

Pretty clean and the room was exactly like in the pictures. Staff were nice, the location is very close to the Dampoort train station, therefore very easy to get to Brugges and Antwerp.
The breakfast could have more things. Also, the toilet paper all over the place is just one ply, you would expect more from such a place.

We stayed here for three nights. It's not far from the train station and main sightseeing area. It's nice to be able to cook some simple food and do the laundry during the stay.

Noisy in mornings. Not enough showers.
