Excellent room and facilities
Free drinks as sweeteners for the disruption going on all around.
Access - the hotel is situated in the midst of a developing congress centre/industrial estate and not good for cyclists
Internal work on communal spaces even on a Sunday!

The room was a great size for a family and was quite comfortable.
The room's climate system wasn't functioning, and some of the lights were missing light bulbs.
