Sehr große, saubere und schöne Unterkunft, mehrere Balkone. Sehr ruhig, was für Nizza nicht selbstverständlich ist. Gute Anbindung ÖPNV. Problemlose und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Insgesamt war alles toll.

Location opposite a pleasant park was good. Transport facilities nearby and excellent.

Collecting the keys was a nightmare! Parking near the agency was impossible. The man at the agency gave us the wrong keys which we only found out after we arrived at the apartment. One of us had to return (two taxi fares, not reimbursed by the agency and no apologies for giving us the wrong keys). In the kitchen only one plug was accessible for the kettle/toaster etc and that was behind the microwave. There was no information about the area, not even a simple map, or on how to work the various pieces of kitchen equipment.

Location very good

No third bed made up. Had to go and collect sheets. They refused to drop them off. One evening no lights on in the apartment. Called the telephone number given 5 times no answer!!! What is the point of giving the number out! A neighbour came to our rescue. The pictures on booking.com are not totally true to the apartment.
