Nice and spacious apartment, clean and comfortable

The apartment is is big and comfortable. Very beautiful

It’s not about the apartment, but we did not likr that we had to collect keys from a different location, that is approx. 1 km away from the location of the apartment. Also, the amount if safety deposit appears only after the booking is confirmed, and the amount was way higher than we expected.

Great, spacy apartment at a perfect location 5 min from the beach.

Location is perfect, just on the corner Gambette Blvd Victor Hugo. Several grocery stores and boulangeries around, and just opposite to the tram station Alsace-Lorraine. The beach is 5 min away. I felt safe in the area. The appartment was very spacy, we were 5 persons. Really easy to get the keys and clear instructions.

Small balconys but not really a problem. We would have wished for better wineglasses, 2 sets of keys and more shelves to put our stuff in the sleeping rooms and the smaller bathroom, but these things didn't affect our stay. We were really happy with the instructions and the apartment.

Good location, spacious and reasonably priced

Spacious, lovely aspect, close to the centre but away from the noise. Air conditioning a must in summer and worked well. Very good instructions from the staff.

Could be a little cleaner, but not a problem for us given the beach/holiday location. One shower is better than the other. Single glazing.

Great, central yet peaceful location

Fab location, spacious apartment with good facilities. Quiet considering the location with good shutters to keep the light out. Two bathrooms were a bonus. We ate breakfast on the balcony daily, a squeeze for 4 of us but worth it. Trams were opposite the apartment as was a Parc and good boulangerie. Town centre and beach are both walkable as well! We ate locally as well as in town and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

There were no smoke alarms, these were found in a drawer. On the 4th floor with kids this was a worry.

It is in a frequented location, close to the beach, the city center, the tram and AirPort

The apartment is spacious but they need a renovation. The parquet floor is creaky and extremely dirty (I took photo for that). We are with a baby, and poor baby was so dirty from the floor (and our foot).. I vacuumed and mopped the floor 3 times,but it was not enough…The faucet is aged, the drain is blocked. The pictures uploaded to the booking do not correspond to the current state. One of the picture (on the kitchen) was taken after the second mopped/wished up… We need to do it again and again…

Very nice apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment. Well equipped. Nice location.

Getting the keys not convenient, going in the office far from the property. Water stands in both showers for many minutes after you've turned off the faucet. Draining problems. TV didn’t work during all the week, and nobody came to fix it, even they were informed twice. Only one set of towels per person, per one week. No cleaning service.

Disappointing

The apartment was very nice located. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was very positive that it had an elevator,

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. It was dusty and I don't think a vacuum cleaner had been under the beds for years!! The kitchen sink constantly clocked. First, we asked the owner to fix it. He did. But the problem continued, so we fixed the water trap every second day ourselves, which was discusting, because all food trash was stucked in the water trap. The television did not work either, which was a shame because we had been looking forward to watching Tour de France, which was running all the days when we were in Nice. We asked the owner to fix it. He tried, but he gave up, so we did not have a television for ten days. Furthermore, the owner was difficult to reach. The first day when we arrived, he did not give us the digits for the keybox, so we had to wait outside his office. We tried to phone him, but his phone was out of order. At that time, we had been driving by car for 24 hours all the way from Denmark to Nice, we were very tired and the sun was burning merciless (there was no shadow outside the office). Then he finally showed up, but he said that we had to wait 30 minutes because he wanted to eat his lunch first. We explained that we had been driving day and night and that our youngest child was very ill (high fewer), so we kindly asked him if we could get the key. We could see it lying on the table in front of us, However, he insisted that we waited while he was eating. We stood there looking at him eating for 20 minutes until we insisted on getting the key. It only took three minutes to give it to us and to instruct us. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. One our later, we had to go to the hospital because our daugthers illness became worse.

Feels like home

The apartment is fully equipped.It has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and dish washer, even ironing room with washing machine, balkonies, AC in every room. The building is historical with old style elevator. The location is good, approximately 10 minutes walk from the shore near Negresco. The train station is literally in front of the building, basically the train takes you directly from airport to the entrance of the building, no need to take a taxi.

Location was amazing, and the house is in line with what's shown! A typical Niçoise apartment, with a vintage charm that makes you feel like you're back in old golden days.

Bedroom lights and AC were not working (also on the living room). Tried to contact the host, but didn't work.

Beautiful and large apartment with a good location

Very nice apartment! Good location. In a nice area near the Promenade. The good thing is that there is also an elevator. Clean and beautiful place.

We had no contact with service personnel. We first had to go to the office 6 people with suitcases and luggage to get the keys to the safe. If we had been met at the address, it would have been much more convenient than the airport with line 2 directly to the apartment.

L’emplacement Appartement très spacieux avec belle hauteur sous plafond 2 salle de bain, facile d’accès

Pas de clés dans les salles de bain Mauvais débit dans la douche Odeur d’égouts mauvaise évacuation dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Pb de ventilation cassée dans la cuisine qui est tombé du coup la cuisine est très froide, l’agence a été prévenue mais ils ont simplement rafistolé avec les moyens du bord. De plus la communication se fait que par message il n’est pas possible de parler avec l’agence. Mobilier très ancien et abîmé Cuisine désagréable car la table est très usée Un seul jeu de clés à disposition Nous avons été très surpris de devoir récupérer les clés loin de l’appartement sachant que nous avons eu un retard d’avion ça nous a fait un bon détour. Et à savoir le système de caution est très surprenant soit 500€ bloqué mais restitué si tt est ok soit environ 65€ non restitué quoiqu’il en soit, sachant que vous choisissez avant d’avoir vu l’appartement. Vu l’état de l’appartement il est certain que je n’aurais pas eu de retenu sur la caution.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der herrlichen Stadt Nizza und den umliegenden Bergen.

Das Objekt ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet, was wir benötigen.

Der Zugang am Ankunftstag war für uns erschwert, nachdem am besagten Abend keinerlei Kontakt mit Verantwortlichen zustande kam, gab es allerdings eine Entschuldigung.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte in der Innenstadt mit sehr schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten. Hier wäre eine Übergabe vor Ort deutlich besser gewesen.

Stor, flott leilighet med alt utstyret vi trengte. Supert med to bad. Kort vei til buss/trikk, stranden, restauranter og matbutikker.

Vanskelig å forstå hvor vi skulle gjøre av søppelet, og hvordan det skulle sorteres. Litt kjedelig at nøklene måtte hentes i en annen bydel.

Un deuxième sèche cheveux (puisque 2 salles de bains). Dans la salle de bains avec baignoire, il y aurai pu y avoir une paroi pour doucher ou un rideaux.
