The location is in the top center of the Old town of Nice. However the noise is constant, until late night and at 4pm the suppliers with trucks start to make noise again. Good internet connection.

In the bedroom the bed base was very unstable and squeaked at every turn. I informed the host and the answer was more than expected: he had ordered a new one, but will be delivered in a week. I am wondering why you instal such a sly bed knowing that it will be used so often by different people. Many times prior arrival I asked for early check in. It was at an extra price, but only starting at 12 o clock. I asked for earlier as we were with two children. The host said cleaning was in progress. Finally they agreed for earlier than 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the apartment it absolutely did not give a feeling that it had just been cleaned, on the contrary, the air was stale. There were two inflatable mattresses in the wardrobe. The children were happy to take them to the beach (and also a pump). Arriving at the beach it turned out that the two were popped. So, all the staff again back to the apartment. Finally the apart is not bad, top location, but noisy and not as good as expected, especially for that price. Clear feeling, that it is only to make money from it, without much investment and a thought about the comfort of the guests with elementary efforts.

Alcune cose in cucina erano sporche ( la padella non era proprio lavata, le tazze di caffè da lavare) Mancano i stracci in cucina

the hallway lights outside the apartment didn’t work so i kept bumping into things in the dark. AC only worked when it wanted to, not enough toilet paper or toiletries or towels provided for 3 ppl for a 3 night stay ( two toilet rolls) having to take the bins out myself onto a public bin, foul smell coming from the drains
