With so much to do you’ll be glad of the super king size bed which awaits you at the end of a long day; complete with bedside tables, reading lamps and plenty of storage space. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
(If you wish to use the extra sleeping space provided, then the sofabed in the living room sleeps two. Please note, there is an additional cost for sofabed linen and towels which can be purchased when you book this property)

Self-catering will be a delight in this fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and integrated dryer.

Amazing location! Quick walk to beach, the market… and restaurants just outside your door! Most importantly for us, easy walk to the Ironman WC start and finish! Loved having 2 bathrooms and laundry was a must for us. The washer was surprisingly hard on clothes…really pilling up my knitwear…but could have been user error with a language barrier! The construction noise is real… worse some days than others but it’s only working hours. The apartment is very quiet in the evenings and night. Communication was fabulous!!! A+ hosts! Definitely would recommend!

We really enjoyed our time in Nice and liked this apartment very much. However it’s a small place and there is a pullout couch and while it is clear that there is a supplement for linens if you use the pullout that supplement is not at all reasonable. Why have a pullout couch when you clearly don’t want guests to use it? On top of that the bed frame was broken making sharing the bed for me and my daughter a less than excellent experience. Given the cost of this rental, linens for a pullout need not be so exorbitant and a comfortable bed would be great.

Rest in Nice, in apartment the Fuchsia, we have spent very well and pleasantly. The apartment very much was pleasant to us. The excellent location, in apartment is all and even more. Very purely. It is very convenient to leave in the morning on a beach through an emergency exit. The fine court yard with colours is visible from a window. Very silently and easy. Fine linen, home appliances of last generation. Very affable manager. When we have arrived the manager already waited for us at doors. The manager very in detail and patiently (meaning our bad knowledge of language) has explained all of us details. How to address with home appliances, how to close a door and all that to us it was necessary to know. Has answered all questions. We are very happy. Henceforth we will co-operate only with your firm and to recommend your firm to our friends.
