Centrally situated in a well sought out "Carré d'Or" location in Nice, only 400m to the famous Promenade des Anglais, seafront and beach, 200m to the pedestrian zone and 400m to the main shopping street, Rue Jean Médecin. Within easy access to the tram, buses and local train station.
HugoPark103 is a contemporary one bedroom apartment with double glazing french windows, in an elegant "Belle Epoque" building. Situated on the first floor you can use either the lift or staircase. Enter into a fully fitted open plan kitchen and lounge/diner. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable, with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils. The dining table has seating for 4 and the sofa pulls out to a comfy double size sofa bed. The smart TV has English TV and sky basic satellite plus french orange TV. The bedroom has a king sized bed and sliding door mirror wardrobes. The shower room has a great shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right in the middle of Nice. The train station, beach, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets all nearby. The host is also excellent in their communication and flexibility to meet our needs, thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed in Annie’s great apartment several times and it has never failed to be anything but excellent. The location is ideal for getting around Nice, the apartment block is quiet, the apartment is always cleaned to a high standard and all the appliances provided work well.Annie is a brilliant host. She always replies quickly to any messages I send her and her replies are always friendly and helpful.

Lovely appartment right in the coeur de Nice. Super convent location, less than 10 min walk to Nice- Ville train, to Place Massena, and to the water. Great shopping nearby cafés and most importantly artisan bakeries. Appartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Made our 2 week stay in Nice perfect!

This apartment is located perfectly for walkers who want to explore the sites of Nice. It is close to restaurants, a small grocery, and shops. It was very clean. A few things to be aware of: it is very small, (roughly ~500-600 square feet). We are a family of three who stayed for four days. We spent most of each day out and about so we weren’t in the apartment much but felt like we were on top of each other when there. It is best suited for two, in my opinion. The TV system is outdated, like circa 90s. The instructions in the manual onsite conflict with what we received via email 5 months before our trip. Once we did figure it out, the satellite signal was so weak we could get only two news channels (out of hundreds of channels “offered” by the system) and only on a sporadic basis. Bummer as we were hungry from news from home having been gone 3 weeks already. There is strong WiFi and luckily we had the right cable and streaming services on our devices. Last, be prepared to buy toilet paper and other essential if you are there more than two days. What we typically find at other rentals wasn’t in the apartment or was so short in supply so we needed to buy our own. A few changes: attention to staples, updated information booklet, updated or better (or no) TV service, would make this a five rating.
