In the heart of the carré d'or! This flat, located between the sea and the pedestrian area, a few steps from the most prestigious street of Nice with its luxury shops. Renovated flat, very well equipped. In absolute calm, this flat offers you, in a range of 500m, all the most attractive places of Nice. It is a unique place that will allow you to rest and enjoy all the treasures of this beautiful city of Nice.
Located on the 4th floor with lift, overlooking the courtyard and therefore quiet, consists of a living room with sofa, dining table, open kitchen fully equipped: Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hob.
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm), storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc, washbasin, towel dryer.
There is also a mezzanine - 1m30 high under the ceiling on the first floor - with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as free WiFi connexion.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. This depends on your personal consumption.
