Unit was great very quiet, having lift was a must as on 4 th floor all amenities available well equiped great communication easy instructions to get key.
Not sure where sea views are 10 min walk to tram to go down to beach area about 15 min ride would stay again

Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious

This apartment was perfect for me and my friends. 3 people fit really nicely with just enough place! The only kicker was that the location wasn’t where we thought it would be. When we saw the listing it said the apartment inside Old Nice, so that was misleading. But honestly the tram was super close so it wasn’t too bad figuring out how to travel around and didn’t cost us a ton of time being further into town. We felt very safe and our host took great care of us! 3/5 just for location accuracy
