The apartment itself was wonderful, however it was much farther from Old Nice and Jean Medicin that what appeared on Vrbo. Viewing the property in apple maps vs google maps showed different areas, and it was the farther one that was correct. Was roughly a 55 minute walk to the coastal area. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and the host was very responsive, and the air conditioning was nice to have. It was also a 3 minute walk from Carrefour to grab all the necessary groceries

Unit was great very quiet, having lift was a must as on 4 th floor all amenities available well equiped great communication easy instructions to get key.
Not sure where sea views are 10 min walk to tram to go down to beach area about 15 min ride would stay again

Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious

The key was in a totally different area than stated in emails I received. Thankfully my taxi driver was kind enough to use his phone, as mine would not work, to contact the owner. The location far from the central area but thankfully close enough to the tramway.
