Central Location, good & safe residential neighbourhood, spotlessly clean apartment, comfortable beds, good aircon. Comfortable for a family of 3. Apartment is on first floor, there is elevator.
While shower area is huge, WC is separate in very very small area without any exhaust. Kitchen ware needs to be replaced. Electric kettle is in a non usable state. Towels are worn out. You are expected to get your own dishwashing tablets, detergent, shampoo etc.

Echt héél mooi oud appartementengebouw met een centrale (kooi-)lift in het trappenhuis. Het appartement was ook mooi met mooie deuren, parketvloeren en hoge plafonds. De airconditioning was ook heel fijn!
Het bed had voor mij een te stevig matras. Verder had de keuken een wat armoedige uitrusting: veel verschillende soorten glazen, kopjes, bestek en pannen door elkaar & de anti-aanbakpannen waren oud en vast niet PFAS-vrij).

Good location and space in the apartment generally the facilities provided were good.
Be careful high deposit of 750 EUR and had to chase the host several times and no response to my messages or phone calls until I escalated to booking.com and my money was refunded.
