The location is fantastic. It's near the rail station and the tram stops and there are many restaurants, cafe and shops nearby.
Unfortunately, one of the people who was in a different room did not respect the house rules. It was not the owner's fault because I believe that the expected rules are sent to all guests. Our room did not seem to have soundproofing, and so this guest making coffee in the shared kitchen while talking loudly with his girlfriend on the phone at 3:20 am was unbearable. Eventually, we opened our door and let the guest realise the nuisances he was causing.

Railway and highway in close vicinity, cheap material for bed and table, bad decoration, absence of daily cleaning, hygienic paper of previous visitors, low quality towels, missing washing soap. N
