Excellent space, I’d definitely consider staying here again if I ever find myself back in Nice.

Cédric was such a hands on host, great communication and instructions to get into the property, cleanliness was amazing, great use and access to shared amenities. Exceeded my expectations, he was so helpful and also put it out there to ask for help if needed. Location was super handy, short walking distance from Nice-Ville train station and if you enjoy walking, you’re about a 20min walk away from Old Town Nice and the Promenade des Anglais.

Terrific value and satisfying stay

Pictures are accurate to real life. Great value for the price and I rated this place high because overall I had a great stay. The entry to the building and apartment felt secure. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare your own meals, plenty of fridge and freezer space. Having the room with personal bathroom was ideal for the 9 days I stayed here. Location was very convenient 10 min walk to the train station and a 5 min walk to the nearest tram stop. The windows were pretty sound proof, you could hear trains when they passed but it wasn’t too bothersome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I want to mention the room walls aren’t soundproof, you could hear some conversations from the floor above or below, and the shared common area, which is pretty normal for apartment living. It didn’t keep me up at night or anything. I also appreciated the washer that was available though I didn’t use it. (Also pls ignore the photo of garden walkway with overhanging vines, for some reason I can’t unattach it.)

As some other reviews mentioned, the method of accessing the apartment keys was a bit strange. There was a mix up on the info needed and I spent about 10 minutes trying to open a lockbox unsuccessfully directly next to a few people talking on the street. This felt weird because they could see everything I was doing. Thankfully I had internet access so I could message the host directly and the correct info was provided right away. There was some grime in the sink and on the nightstand next to the bed when I arrived. I had the room with bathroom inside and it would’ve been nice to have hand soap. I saw other reviews mention lack of additional body wash/shampoo, which host said could be provided upon ask. I would recommend providing extra to begin with for ease of access. I would recommend an extra small trash can in the room, though had no problem keeping my non-food trash in a paper bag during my stay then bringing it outside to the kitchen for disposal. Last thing is that I noticed what looked to be a bullet hole? (see pic) in the glass on the front entrance which made me a bit wary, but I didn’t have any issue during my stay feeling unsafe as a single female. I also returned to the apartment by 8:30pm every night.

A beautiful spot in Nice.

An amazing place to stay. Close to railway station, restaurants, supermarkets, Marc Chagall museum. Walking distance to many sights in Nice. Fabulous and generous kitchen and washing machine. Beautiful apartment in almost every way. Good value for money.

The security was amazing. Even we couldn’t get in. I would give this 10/10 except we had a couple of issues with our key. Given the level of quality of this place I suspect our host will fix this. He was responsive when we contacted him to get in, but it was very frustrating at the time and took the edge off our stay. Apart from this no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Les chambres de Cédric booked through Booking.com, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. First and foremost, the room itself was cozy, beautiful and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable that made for a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was always clean with all toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the owner. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The location of the room was also ideal. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of popular landmarks, shopping districts, and dining options. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore and experience everything the city had to offer. I would highly recommend booking a room at Les chambres de Cédric (ICONIC) for anyone looking for a truly amazing stay in Nice. If I’ll visit Nice again I’d love to stay there once more!

Cedric é um perfeito anfitrião, sempre atento. A localização é ótima perto da estação rodoviaria Gare Thiers que leva à todas as cidades ao redor, onibus e todo o tipo de lojas e mercados; a avenida Jean Médecin, principal avenida de lojas e passeios fica a 200m. Meu quarto tinha chuveiro e sanitário (suite) com tudo o que é necessário assim como temos asseso à cozinha muito bem montada com todos os itens necessários. Tudo muito limpo. Vidro da janela a prova de ruidos. As instruções de como obter as chaves são muito bem informadas e detalhadas. Fiquei muito feliz em conhecer Cedric .

Il s'agissait d'une chambre dans un appartement dont la cuisine était super équipée et une salle de bains idem. Chambre équipée d'une télé, wifi . Mobilier adéquat et sympa.

Un WC supplémentaire séparé de la salle de bains serait utile. Mais malgré tout, l'occupation des lieux communs s'est fait aisément, chacun ayant un timing différent.
