Close to Nice’s Old Town, public transport and stores, this apartment at the heart of the city will be ideal for a nice stay on the French Riviera.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, this fully self-contained apartment consists of an elegant living space of 25 sq. m and includes:
- a charming living space with a double bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates, cooking utensils and crockery),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and air conditioning,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- The accommodation does not include parking, but you can park for free in nearby parking lots.

You will have easy access to the city on foot or thanks to the public transport situated just a stone’s throw away and will be able to enjoy the Nicétoile shopping mall, Old Nice as well as many restaurants and bars nearby.
The location is ideal to discover all the treasures of the French Riviera: Cannes, Antibes, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco and Menton are all within a 25 km radius (buses are running back and forth all day long throughout the coast).

Rented for a week, was super happy with everything. Staff was incredibly nice, and we were very well met and the check in was super smooth. Big shout-out to Romain who was our host, very nice and incredibly helpful!
As a tip, I can recommend to call your host before your arrival and contiously be in touch with them, so they can plan for your arrival. Let them know if you're running late!
Appartment was super clean, very nicely equipped, it's exactly like the pictures. We were very pleased, 10/10, worth every penny!
