Disappointing stay

The property is modern and clean. The staff are kind, polite, and available.

The building is extremely old, with a persistent unpleasant smell, and discarded mattresses and furniture left around the premises. The area feels unsafe, with strange individuals loitering nearby. There is no safe in the property, which is a major concern given the location. The front door is flimsy and far too easy to open — it should be replaced immediately. We were uncomfortable leaving our belongings and felt stressed throughout our stay. The flooring is in terrible condition — unstable, uneven, and appears to have been laid over the original floor, resulting in a wavy and poorly finished surface. Most importantly, the listing advertised two bathrooms, but there is only one. For a group of six, this was completely impractical and caused constant frustration. Overall, the experience was utterly disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.

Good accommodation

Air conditioning was very helpful during super hot days. The apartment was well appointed and well designed. They helped find a luggage storage for the last day

The floor feels very cheap. There are wholes under the main floor cover and one may trip due to surface irregularities.

Wonderful Apartment Close to Train

The apartment was very nice. Modern and roomy. Very close to the train station.

The area at night. People hanging on the corner all night and urinating on the building wall across the street.

Had a fab trip to Nice and the apartment was great value and location

Very close to the station so it was easy to do visits to neighbouring coastal towns which was lovely (avoid the railway bridge at night as some unsavoury characters hang out there) David the host was lovely and welcoming on arrival. Apartment was nice and comfortable and there were coffee pods for the nespresso! Rooms were bright and clean. There were towels and the bathroom shower was great. We were four adults and were all happy with the apartment.

Power cut when we got home on night one and the power board was not easy to find in the dark (it’s behind a white panel on a white wall by the front door!) however Ludovico was v helpful on the phone. We were told to wait for a host to pass them our key upon checkout but they didn’t arrive so we wasted some time on checkout. Toilet room is in need of some renovation compared to the rest of the apartment The building is scaffolded due to crumbling soffits The downstairs neighbour complained about footsteps and the sound of the dining chairs on the floor so I think floors are not very sound proof.

Happily stayed there. Nothing really wrong with it.

Very close the train station and easy walking distant (down the Main Street)to the beach.

Toilet could do with a refit, but it’s not terrible. It was a little noisy but not too bad. Washer only no dryer.

The mattress of the double bed in the big bedroom needs to be changed. One side is giving so badly that you can’t sleep on there

Nice and central apartment in Nice

The location. Beds were comfortable. Working AC. Cleanliness. Communication with the property manager. Fast wifi.

In one of the rooms one can hear the trains passing by. We did not have enough toilet rolls for the stay.

Beautiful apartment and very friendly staff

The apartment is located near the main street that leads to Promenade des Anglais and very close to the train station; this was perfect just to head quickly downtown or take the train to other beaches, like Antibes. The apartment is big and comfy, the kitchen is complete, and all beds are comfortable. Upon arrival, our host, Philippe, met us at the property and gave us a lot of recommendations and information to get around the city and go to the beach in Antibes and Monaco. We followed his recommendations and had an incredible stay in Nice.

Pleasant

I like that there was a lot of space in the apartment, with high ceilings, three rooms (two bedrooms and a living room), and a separate kitchen. In Kitchen, you can find all you need - a dishwasher, fridge, stove, and coffee machine. The flat was on the third floor (no elevator) but easy to get to walk by stairs. We had an awesome welcome - Philippe meet us, guide us through the apartment, and showed us what we can do in the city. Also nice thing that train station is like few hundred meters away, so it is easy to get to other cities like Cannes, Monaco, Menton.

The air conditioner was working barely, it is located only in the living room. It was too hot to sleep in both bedrooms, you needed to open the windows. Sleeping with open windows was hard because of the bar, trains, and parking lot noises. The living room bed was very uncomfortable after one night's sleep I got back pain :( I do not recommend using it for sleeping. In the Kitchen table and chairs were high (x1,5 normal size) and were uncomfortable for kids to use. Balcony we didn't use cause below was street and there isn't any space, is taken by the air conditioner. Bath and toilet need some repair job.

The property manager was very Responsive and meet us at the property. The property was well-maintained and a perfect location to catch the tram and train every day. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk to old town.

The hall light in the entrance does not stay in long enough to make it up 3 flights of steps to the apartment. also no way to turn on hall light to get downstairs from the 3rd floor

Superb

Very beautiful and spacious apartment, with a large kitchen and a large living room. The apartment is very close to the railway station. Walking to the sea takes about 15 min. The postive aspect of the location is that you can reach the railway station in less than 5 minutes, so you can easily go to Monaco, or Cannes, or any other destination at the Côte d'Azur. The only slightly negative aspect of the location is that the trains are quite loud if the windows are open.

The only reason why we didn't award the full 10 points was the occacional noise from the railway. BUT: it also had the positive effect that we could reach the railway station very quickly ;-). With closed windows, we could sleep very well, though!

La posizione era abbastanza buona vicino alla stazione , e lo staff ci ha permesso di entrare in casa prima dell’orario indicato

le foto pubblicate sul sito nascondono chiaramente i problemi reali della casa e sembrano fatte apposta per non mostrare le vere condizioni dell’alloggio. Innanzitutto, era indicato che la casa disponeva di due bagni, ma questo non corrisponde al vero: c’era solo un piccolo stanzino con wc e lavandino minuscolo, con un enorme boiler inserito in una controsoffittatura mal messa, e un’altra stanza separata con doccia e lavandino. Questo non è ciò che si intende per avere “due bagni” in un alloggio che ospita sei persone. Inoltre, una delle stanze era piena di umidità e crepe, nascoste da un separé; le finestre dei bagni non potevano essere aperte perché ricoperte da escrementi di piccione, una condizione assolutamente non igienica. Il pavimento, infine, presentava numerosi avvallamenti . Non c’era cura dei dettagli . Per l’esosa cifra ci saremo aspettati ben altro e siamo rimasti molto delusi

Henkilökohtainen palvelu on nykyään harvinaista, ja isäntämme David oli oikein ystävällinen ja avulias. Sijainti on erinomainen, rautatieasema on lähellä ja muutenkin kulkuyhteydet ovat hyvät. Lähistöllä on useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Asunto on sekoitus erilaisia tyylejä: se on avara ja siisti, sisustus ja kodinkoneet ovat hyvätasoisia, ja suihku on oikein hyvä, mutta kaikki ei ollut hyvin, ks. negatiiviset asiat.

Asunnon huonoja puolia: lattiaremontti oli epäonnistunut ja lattia oli erittäin epätasainen. Ainoa WC oli kuin siellä olisi ollut remontti kesken. Asunto on kolmannessa kerroksessa, joten rappuja joutuu jonkin verran kiipeämään. Bookingilla on väärät tiedot kuvauksessaan, sillä asunnossa ei ole kahta kylpyhuonetta vaan yksi kylpyhuone ilman WC:tä ja yksi erillinen WC. Majoittajat pyrkivät korjaamaan tiedon oikeaksi, mutta ainakaan nopeasti se ei ole tapahtunut.

Minunat, frumos și cam scurtă vacanță

Apartamentul bine plasat , aproape de gară și de centru. Mare, spațios și foarte confortabil .

Salteaua pe partea dreaptă a patului cam lăsată și puțin incomodă. Scârțâia ușa frigiderului și făcea zgomot când umblai la el. Se putea hârtie igienică să fie mai multă mai ales pentru 4 persoane. Însă cu toate acestea ne-am simțit foarte bine și confortabil.
