Great accommodation, well located in Nice

Loved our stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. It would have been nice to have more coffee, tea etc.

No wardrobe in second room and no mirror in bedrooms but otherwise we loved our stay.

A very well located apartment with plenty facilities to assist our needs. Cleanliness of bedding could’ve been improved

The location was very central and easy to access in and out. The apartment was spacious in the kitchen/living area.

When we arrived and began to make up our beds, stains on mattresses, pillows and sheets were visible. The bathroom was quite small for a group of 5 staying as there was only one bath and mirror.

Ants in the kitchen, kitchen unusable + smelly

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. We were charged €300 deposit without prior notice by the property. The bathroom facilities were poor - no shower. The floors were dirty, the place smelled very bad. Particularly the kitchen which was totally unusable and crawling with ants. The dishwasher was full when we arrived, the fridge / microwave smelled so so so bad. The bed linen was stained, the mattress was dirty. We were told we had to check out at 10am, but we could leave our bags in the office. They texted me to tell me that it’s €5 per bag! When we got there, the office was closed. I was very disappointed with My Casa. The whole experience affected my time in Nice negatively, it was a horrible apartment to come back to each night and the ants were literally all over me. Please do NOT stay here.

It is located close to the train station and some steps away of the tram station. You can get walking to the main places. The flat has everything you can need and it is really spacious.

Brauchbare möbilierte Unterkunft ohne Schnickschnack, eher älter und abgenutzter Zustand

Die Lage der Wohnung und Raumaufteilung und das grosse Bad mit offener Küche.

Sehr hellhörig, eher ältere Einrichtung verrottete Fensterläden unsauber im Innenhof mit Ratten. Teils Elektrik unbrauchbar. Keine fest installierte Heizung, portabler Radiator war vor Ort im Winter eher kalt ungemütlich im Wohnzimmer.

Gut gelegene und ausgestattete Wohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet.Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns optimal durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Eine Schlüsselbox an der Unterkunft haben wir vermisst -das Abholen des Schlüssels an der Agentur mit Gepäck hat uns sehr gestört und eingeschränkt. Keine Mülltrennung möglich. Sehr dreckige Fenster. TV war nicht zu benutzen /die Anleitung war nicht korrekt .

Grande pièce de vie lumineuse avec tout le nécessaire. Salle de bain pratique et propre. Bonne literie. Merci pour les petites attentions bien utiles ; pastilles lave vaisselle, dosettes café...

Dommage que les voisins soient très très bruyant toute le nuit.

Nos encantó el piso!

El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones, todo nuevo, mucho más amplio de lo que me imaginaba. La verdad que estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicación está muy bien. Tiene parada de Tram en la esquina pero las distancias caminando son muy amigables, en 25 min estás en la playa.

Lo único malo es tener que buscar la llave en otro sitio, porque te obliga a hacer dos paradas con todo el equipaje encima! Si bien la conexión entre ambos sitios es sencilla, podrían poner un buzón con código y la llave en el mismo edificio para facilitar el ingreso. Pero el resto todo genial

Die Unterkunft ist modern ausgestattet, sehr großzügig und funktionell. Freundliche, helle, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Das Trocknen der Wäsche war etwas umständlich… Wäschetrockner und/oder Balkon wären top gewesen. Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad in Form von Hocker und/oder Haken haben gefehlt.

Квартира простора ,але стіни наче кортонні і двері скриплять . Рушники і постіль були чистими.

Шумоізоляції зовсім немає ! Ключі потрібно було брати через 3 зупинки від помешкання ,що не досить зручно якщо ти приїжджаєш в ночі . Меблі потрібно вже замінити , вони вже розсипаються від старості
