A great week in Nice
The property is lovely and well kept. Location is very good close to tram lines, train station and one of the main tourist places.
The street is noisy through the night, every night without exception. mattresses need replacing especially in the main room and good pillows are needed.

We enjoyed our stay, great accomodation with a great view of the buildings of Nice and spacious room
The balcony and how big the rooms were. The instructions and how to get the keys were very easy and Rivera Holiday was very good at replying to messages and were able to help us with our needs.
Maybe aircons could be placed and the balcony could have been cleaned.
