Very convenient location, only 3 minutes’ walk from the train station. The place is clean, modern, and has all the facilities we needed. Fernando is kind, friendly, responsive, and very responsible. Highly recommended!

"An absolutely amazing T3 apartment! Every single bedroom and the living room had its own AC, which was an absolute lifesaver for the summer in Nice. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from the train station. I was initially a bit worried about the noise due to the proximity to the tracks, but it turned out to be incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. With 2 comfortable beds and 2 sofa beds, this is the perfect choice for a family trip. Plus, the host was wonderful—always available and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!"
