"An absolutely amazing T3 apartment! Every single bedroom and the living room had its own AC, which was an absolute lifesaver for the summer in Nice. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from the train station. I was initially a bit worried about the noise due to the proximity to the tracks, but it turned out to be incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. With 2 comfortable beds and 2 sofa beds, this is the perfect choice for a family trip. Plus, the host was wonderful—always available and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!"

My first time in Nice I had a very pleasant stay here. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the train station and the tram, making it convenient to get around the city and explore the surrounding area. The accommodation was comfortable, and everything I needed was nearby. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Nice.
