OK value for the money

The location is perfect, you can walk to most sights in Nice easily. Train station is right nearby, but walking to the beach wasn’t too long either. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well.

The place wasn’t the cleanest. There is mold all over, and you can smell it. We tried to air out the place as much as possible, but it is just very humid (and not because of the outside humidity). Towels wouldn’t dry and the bedding felt damp as well. There were lots of fruitflies as well and we did not have any food in the room.

Top location, a nice place, supportive host - all we need.

A little bit noisy because of the next door food place but not a problem when the windows are closed. I was prepared with earplugs. The drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged, but we didn't bother the host.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not sure I’ve got anything good to say about to property if I’m honest.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Long story short - we ended up moving out after the first night and I spent the whole morning on the phone to urgent booking.com queries due to the host ignoring our messages. Where do I start… The apartment is covered in mould !!! It’s so visible, and in so many places, including the sofa bed. The air con wasn’t working and I’ve contacted the host the second we moved in (2pm) and all I’ve heard back for the next 24 hours is that the host contacted the agency and heard morning back ?! The host is so unresponsive too, I would message and then get a reply in the next 4-5 hours, which is unacceptable. The cherry on the top was the fact that we woke up from water pouring from the ceiling right next to our bed on the second floor, right next to where my phone was charging overnight. I’ve reported this to the host immediately and haven’t heard anything back from 8am to 3pm when I let the host know that we’ve moved out and left the keys as per check out instructions - it looks like the host only replied because I’ve mentioned that this has been raised with booking.com and I’m expecting refund for this property as it’s simply a health hazard. The host them replied that they’re processing our refund for the remaining nights… We had to move in to a new property and not gonna lie - our holiday was ruined, and it was a very stressful experience indeed. Save yourself and do not stay in this flat !!!

The location

It was not clean. It seems like pillows, blankets and bedclothes haven’t been washed for weeks. I am not sure they wash that after the guests leave the flat. Dust and dirt on the floor and windows. Im afraid that the location is only good thing about this property. Sorry

Cute little apartment. Nice air conditioning. Close to the trams and train station.

If you have the sofa bed pulled out, it’s hard to across the stairs to the other bed.

Nice location and bathroom was good! Staff was also really communicative and readily accessible when we needed help

Pullout couch was pretty uncomfortable though bed up in loft was fine. Loft ceiling was short so you do have to crouch but wasn’t anything horrible for us.

A room smaller than the images in the photos. We struggled a lot with little mosquitoes at night.upstairs bed area is too narrow..

Wonderful location with all the facilities we needed. We loved having a kitchen to do our own food preparation.

The location is fantastic if you’re basing yourself in Nice to do plenty of day trips. Close to the train station, plenty of shops and lovely local bakeries away from the main strip. It was great to have a kitchen after a month of travelling. Staff always responded promptly by phone or text .

Superb

Only a couple minutes walk to the train station and about 10 minutes into town. We were staying in Nice in the evenings and getting the train to Monaco during the day so the location was perfect for that. There is no staff on site but Salvatore was helpful and provided all the information needed through messaging

Clean, good location, but check in could have been done better.

The location was the only thing I really liked about this apartment.

I could not access the property when I arrived. I called the owner/manager and she said they had been sent to me. I said something was sent to me but it was all in French and I don’t speak French. Anyway after to and fro she sent me instructions in English. The unit did not have a wine bottle opener, so I had to purchase one. The door jammed on the first day and I had to ask for someone to look into it. I felt that was a real safety hazard in a fire. It worked after that not sure if anyone fixed it.

Nice weekend apartment.

Clean, great location. All the essential supplies were present, though if you wanted to cook, there was no salt or oil so we needed to buy our own large pacakges. The location was easy to reach from the airport and felt secure with all the locks!

We had a problem entering with the instructions. Luckily it was during the day and I could call the agency but if we arrived in the evening it might have been difficult to get inside.

Quite noisy street at night, so might not work for everyone if they like to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. We used the aircon, so that helped somewhat to solve the issue.

The apartment is in a good location, very pleasant and clean, but there is a strange smell and the clothes smell of it even after staying in the apartment. The staff was correct except at the end where they asked us to clean the apartment, which is strange for us as guests to do

the stairs leading to bedroom. people should be informed you can’t stand up in room upstairs as extremely low ceiling, even a young child would struggle. Due to low ceiling you are literally sleeping on a mattress on floor.

the location

i was traveling with my parents and booked for 3 people but the sofa bed was not usable. It was dented in so much, it was impossible to sleep on it. also there was a very disgusting crusty brown stain on the side of the sofa bed. i messaged the property and they responded almost a day after with “okay”. the apartment was also swarming with little black flies which made preparing food or eating very hard. they would get on everything. our overall sty was uncomfortable. the elevator and the microwave were also not working. there were only one set of keys. also, no comforter for the bed just bed sheets. lastly, there were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. made it very hard to clean on our part. i would not recommend this apartment for more than two people and definitely not for longer stays.

spacious enough for two people and had a good central location with effective security.

slight issue when arriving on getting the keys to the property as the safe used wouldn’t open with code given and we had to ask for help from other guests. Some of the facilities didn’t work such as the microwave.

A cozy apartment within a walking distance from old town.

The apartment owner was very communicative and the apartment had a good location.

The stove only has an on off function, that makes cooking a little hard. There were small little flies around that told us that something was unclean.
