It was the same as the photos and it had a good kitchen with a lot of cooking utilitis (pans, cofee maker, owen …..). There was also an ac.

The door were hard to open and unlock and it had bad air quality when we got inside.

Property was in a good location and quite easy to find. The small kitchen was good. It was clean and comfy.

300 euro deposit (1/2 of what we paid for the property) for a 5 night stay seems a bit much. Only 2 toilet rolls, all toilet amenities should be supplied especially considering the price. Some broken bits e.g. sink drain and an empty toilet roll was left in the bathroom. The stairs up to the bed are quite steep.

The location was very close to the train station, so really good if you're travelling around the French riviera. The apartment was clean and modern.

The apartment is very small. The main door to get in is very stiff so you really have to shove it and it took us and other guests a while to figure that out. The mattress in the mezzanine was pretty uncomfortable. There was no kitchen towel provided so we had to use one of the bathroom towels, which ended up getting pretty dirty. There was also no sweeping brush for the floors, so after staying for 10 days the floor was quite dirty. The fob for the bin room was not provided so we had to leave the rubbish in the apartment.
