Great location, outdated property but the value for money of where you are located outweighs it

The location of the property is great, close to the beach, main high street and accessible to most places areas around Nice.

The property is quite dated, the beds were not as comfy as expected and the doors to the bedrooms had no privacy as they were glass doors. As a family group including elders privacy is important.

Pleasant

The person who handled the check-in was very kind and helpful. She gave us precious advice on things to do and restaurants to try. She care about our settling in and whether we were comfortable. The apartment is spacious and overall comfortable (if it wasn't for the scaffolding's) the kitchen well equipped.

The apartment used to be an office and stayed like that. The pictures on bookings do not reflect the reality. In addition, the apartment is surrounded by scaffoldings, at the same time has no curtains and has glass doors, so we were having breakfast with the workers painting the building. We were out most of the day, so no problem in principle, however, also for safety reasons, we should have informed that there were scaffoldings.

Great location, and lots of space, there were 5 of us but it could easily have fitted more. Nice living room for relaxing and then dining room was great for playing cards.

Great place to stay, would recommend!

Excellent host - very friendly, quick reply times, and super helpful. The apartment was brilliant, plenty of space, very clean, and great kitchen facilities. Amazing location - a short walk to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram, and plenty of boulangeries around!

We couldn't find a bin, and there wasn't a shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got quite wet. Bin bags and a mop were provided though, so this didn't really cause any issues.

the apartment is in a perfect location for Nice centre, the beach and train station. the hosts communicated very well and finding the apartment was easy.it is very spacious,clean and welcoming. we were a party of 4 but there was loads of space for more. the air con helped keep the rooms comfortable,kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.

Very spacious, with all the bits and bobs you need during your stay! Right in the centre of nice with great tram and train access. Great for large groups, plenty of space! Also a fantastic host who made our stay super easy, thanks for a great stay!

A pótágy nagyon kényelmetlen. A franciaágy matracai szétcsúsznak éjszaka, kifeküdt, gödrös. Az emeletes ágyak nagyon durván nyikorognak, nem lehet aludni tőle. Mi is üzemeltetünk apartmanokat, de itt látszik, hogy semmit nem költenek rá. A százéves fotel meg kanapé csak be van húzva egy huzattal. Nem úgy néz ki mint a fotókon.

Sehr große Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin mit die uns viele Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt gab. Genug heißes Wasser für 7 Personen nach einem kalten regnerischen Tag in Nizza. Top Lage Nähe Bahnhof. Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Türstopper im WC fehlt, Tür knallt gegen die Wand wenn man nicht daran denkt sie zu halten. Kein Schrank in der Wohnung, wenig Ablageflächen. Kein Balkon-wir haben keinen Kleiderständer für nasse Badesachen gebraucht weil Winter, im Sammer hätten uns Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtuch &Co gefehlt. Teilweise renoviert, teilweise noch renovierungsbedürftig.

Il est grand et accueille 8 personnes sans problème (2 familles de 4 avec 2 enfants chacune) Immeuble avec du cachet Literie correcte Pas trop mal situé pour les commerces et commodités d’accès (5 minutes à pied du tramway et de la gare)

Beaucoup de choses : - les photos doivent dater car elles ne reflètent pas la réalité - la propreté n’était pas au rdv - cet appartement était d’anciens bureaux professionnels et a été reconverti en logement sans trop de travaux - la cuisine, certes toute équipée, et dans une petite pièce sans fenêtres extérieures, le lave-vaisselle était HS, et le mitigeur de l’évier complètement démiolé - côté salle d’eau ( 1 seule pour tout l’appartement ) mériterait une cabine de douche mieux fermée, car il est impossible sinon d’éviter l’inondation - 1 seul WC aussi dont la porte ne ferme pas à clé - 1 des 2 chambres adulte à une de double porte vitrée donnant sur l’entrée ( pour l’intimité on repassera !) - aucun store occultant dans les chambres, vénitiens tout au mieux et encore faut-il qu’ils fonctionnent - le quartier (gare) plutôt populaire et pas des plus propres de Nice, je pense
