Хорошее размещение, в шаговой доступности есть магазины, кофейни и метро. Тихий уютный дворик, а в квартире есть все необходимое. До моря можно дойти пешком или подъехать на метро.
В первое утро сломалась ручка общей входной двери и пришлось ножом открывать, чтобы выйти. Но ручку починили в течении часа, что очень порадовало.

Localização perfeita. Ao lado da principal estação de trem. A poucos minutos da orla. Vários mercados ao redor. Entrada super tecnológica. Ótimo atendimento.
Alguns dias houve vizinhos conversando perto da janelas tarde da noite, mas na maioria dos dias foi muito tranquilo e é absolutamente silencioso.
No pátio intermediário sempre há algumas indivíduos fumando maconha, não me pareceram que são do condomínio, é um pouco assustador, mas eles não me incomodaram nenhum dia.
