A home away from home

The apartment felt very secure (three door codes to access it). For a couple, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room/dining room has plenty of space, the TV provides a wide range of channels, and the heating system effectively kept us warm for our December visit. The apartment is ideally located near the train station, public transit, shopping and restaurants, and is a 20 minute walk to the beachfront. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests.

The only down side is the lack of view to the outside as the ground level windows look out to the side of the tall building next door. This is not a big deal for visitors who plan to be out most of the time.

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay, the location is good, near to the railway station, a lot of grocery shops and cafes nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the beachfront. I really liked that there always was a hot water and we didn't need to wait until it warms up. Easy to check-in.

It was pretty moist in the apartment when we arrived, needed to use air conditioner to warm up the room and make the air not so moist. The first night it was unpleasant to sleep because the bedding was also moist and cold.

Natural light in apartment not great but didn’t take from stay . No facility to store bags pre or post check in or checkout - used Radical Storage/Bounce facilities near by.

I am generally satisfied with the place.

Having an effective air-conditioning unit was a necessity in warm summer days and this apartment had it. It was clean and had good facilities both in kitchen and bathroom.

I didn’t like the windows, it was not possible to see outside and they were reducing the natural light entering the apartment. That was a good reason to spend most of the time outside the apartment.

We only stayed overnight which was fine but wouldn’t stay longer.

Close to train station. On the ground floor so easy access. The sofa bed was comfortable.

Area felt quite dodgy after dark. The first door to the apartment block didn’t lock so felt a bit unsafe. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Only got access details at the very last minute which was a bit stressful . No view out windows.

Location was good, short walk to everywhere. Appartment was clean. All facilites worked.

Bella esperienza, ci tornerei.

Buona la posizione, abbiamo praticamente raggiunto quasi tutto a piedi. L' appartamento era molto pulito, silenzioso, doccia fantastica e materasso del letto molto comodo. C'era tutto quello che serviva, sia in cucina che in bagno.Molto buona la comunicazione con l'host, che è anche disponibile e chiarissimo nelle istruzioni d'accesso. Nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti etnici.

Il divano letto come spesso accade non era comodo come il letto. L'appartamento è in una posizione un po' buia e il riscaldamento non funzionava benissimo. Forse un po' piccino per 4 persone adulte, ma per qualche giorno va benissimo.

일단 바닥 청소가 하나도 안되어 있었음, 실내화 바닥이 한시간만에 시커멓게 변함! 들어가자 마자 나는 담배냄새 쩔었음. 그리고 제공된 행주와 설거지용 수세미 조차 쓰던거 그대로 둠. 또한 창문에 락 장치가 부서져있단말에 그냥 괜찮다고만 말함. 체크인 후 자기가 확인해보겠다고 함. 그리고 무엇보다 체크인 정보를 체크인 삼십분전에 보내줌 그것도 내가 물어봐수 보내줌. 걍 미친주인놈임 가지마세요 제발

Very good

Veoma lak ulazak. Dobra lokacija, u gradu. Cisto je. Ima i aparat za kafu i dobili smo dve gratis ali nismo uspeli da nadjemo takve kapsule u obliznjim marketima.Smestaj 15tak minuta pesaka do plaze ili tramvaj br.1. Prodavnice su odmah do apartmana mada nisu bas dobro opremljene. U blizini postoji dobar parking, ako se unapred rezervise dobra je i cena. 75e za 7 dana. Inace bude 25e po danu.

Nije bilo tankih pokrivaca, samo debeli jorgani za hladnije vreme. Malo smo imali problem sa indukcionom plocom, nesto je se gasila ali srecom nismo je puno koristili.

Konumu çok iyi tren istasyonu ve şehir merkezine yakın şehrin içini yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz tren ile yakın yerlere Monako cannes gibi yerlere gidebilirsiniz

Beğenmeme değil ama daha iyi olması için mutfakta temel malzemeler ( tuz şeker sıvı yağ gibi) bulunursa güzel olur.

Det var kun aircondition i stue-området, og denne fungerte dårlig. Med baby ble dette veldig vanskelig! Opplevdes som et lite vennlig område å ankomme på kvelden. Veldig lytt inn på badet.

La ubicación es ideal al lado de la estación de trenes y a 20 minutos andando de la playa y el centro.

El apartamento está ubicado dentro de un edificio con varios edificios más dentro que resulta un poco ruidoso, sobretodo si hay movimiento de los demás apartamentos cercanos.

Die Lage zu Bahnhof/Stadt war gut.

Die Unterkunft war dunkel und roch sehr muffig. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig; Deko kaum vorhanden bzw. lieblos. Das Einchecken mit Schlüsselcode an Außen- und Zimmertür war unnötig umständlich. Die Anreisezeit ab 16 Uhr und die Abreise bis 11 Uhr haben wir als gastunfreundlich empfunden. Es scheint sich um eine Vermietungsgesellschaft, keinen Privatvermieter zu handeln. Trotz Endreinigungsgebühr wurde uns bei Abreise noch ein Aufgabenkatalog übermittelt.

C'est dommage d'avoir la procedure d'arrivee aussi tardivement. Je lai eu moins de 2h avant mon arrivée donc ca ajouté du stress si on est amené à gérer plusieurs choses simultanément.

Ruim en schoon appartement met goed bed maar locatie voelde niet prettig

Het appartement is ruim. Het appartement was lekker koel. Genoeg kastruimte. Bed sliep goed. Verhuurder reageerde zeer snel en vriendelijk. Fijne krachtige douche. Appartement was goed schoon.

Geen natuurlijk zonlicht. Ramen zijn geblindeerd en tralies ervoor. Voelde donker en gevangen en voelde daardoor ook minder gezellig. Ligt wel dichtbij centrum maar wijk voelde niet veilig. Zwervers, blauwe lichten tegen spuiters en naalden op de grond. Voor een nachtje genoeg spullen zoals wc papier en een vuilniszak. Maar bij langer verblijf moet je dat nog allemaal aan gaan schaffen. We moesten de vaat doen voor we we gingen. Wel afwasmiddel maar geen theedoek. Misschien was die vergeten. Bij douchen wordt de grond aardig nat. Scherm is te kort.

Très bel appartement bien situé et très propre.Près de la gare Nice Ville avons fait tout nos déplacements à pieds.

Pour nous qui sommes resté que deux nuits ça va... mais sans four...et le manque de produits de base cela aurait été un gros inconvénients.... Car partout ailleurs ou nous avons loué nous avions le nécessaires de base... (sucre pour le café,sel et poivre, couteau à pain , dosettes pour le café les premiers matins ) A part ça tout a été parfait.

Bardzo czysty, nowiutki, bardzo dobra informacja od właściciela. Uroczy budynek, nietypowy. Wygodna baza wypadowa, blisko centrum. Przydałyby się kieliszki oraz korkociąg, ale to drobiazg. nie ma widoku, bo to rodzaj sutereny.
