Sehr netter Vermieter, der gut beschrieben hatte, wie man die Schlüssel findet und dann auch noch kurz selbst zur Begrüßung vorbeikam. Praktisch eingerichtetes Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (kein Geschirrspüler, aber eine Waschmaschine vorhanden). Wir fanden die Matratzen bequem. Apartment verkehrsgünstig gelegen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs sowie der Straßenbahn. Mehrere Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Zu Fuß kann man in 30 Min. in die Altstadt und ans Meer, in 15 Min. zum Chagall-Museum.
Nur Kleinigkeiten: Aufhängung für den Duschkopf funktionierte nicht, so dass man man die Dusche in der Hand halten musste. Ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad wäre hilfreich. Im Wohnzimmer hörte man viele Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohung; die Schlafzimmer waren aber ruhig.

Très bien situé,à proximité du tram et de la gare
Logement simple vitrage...., il y 3 fenêtres dans l appartement et à chaque fenêtre il y a soit une fêlée ou des cartons à la place des carreaux . Vous entendez tout le bruit de la rue et le tram comme si vous étiez sur le bld même si la chambre est côté cour... Le four était très encrassé Le matelas est usé
