Très bien placé, au calme, propre. Conforme aux photos sur l'annonce
Des tas de petits défauts : appartement sombre, bonde de douche vite bouchée et eau qui déborde, carreau de fenêtre cassé et colmaté avec un carton, poignée sdb en fin de vie, volets qui ne ferment pas bien. Le plus gros problème est surtout le canapé convertible, impossible de dormir dessus pour ma fille de 17 ans. Ce logement est clairement pour 2 personnes maxi. Et à ce prix, c'est trop cher. Autour de 100 euros la nuit, nous aurions été beaucoup moins critiques.
