Apartment Hérold-2 by Interhome

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und der Balkon ist klasse.

Auf vielen Oberflächen und auf dem Boden war es sehr staubig. Außerdem war die Ausstattung eher mäßig, uns hat es an ein paar Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Das Geschirr war auch nicht richtig sauber.

It was old fashioned with several paintings on the walls.

The heating system was archaic. The radiators needed to be left on all day in order to have a decent warmth in the evening. And those old gas radiators were not very effective. The hot water was sometimes going off and we had to reset it before it worked again. The TV was not connected, there was a brand new UK Freeview box which was of no use in France. The TV also had Freeview, again fine in the UK but irrelevant in France. We never had the TV, despite the fact that I texted the office, they told me someone would come to fix it, but they never came. It’s a good thing that we do not watch much tv, but it would have been nice to watch a few things around New Year, and some evenings. The light bulb in the living room went out on the second day, and again no one came to replace it despite them saying that they would. The toilets are badly situated, being next to the kitchen, and there is a door which we had to keep open in order to do our business… The bathroom and the toilets were not very clean, we had to clean them again before we could use them.

Wi-Fi was very weak. tv had only 2 stations

It was in a nice spot

It didn t look like the photos , it was full with ants and the towels or the covers for the bed weren t clean
