Well located for the seafront, old town, tram lines and train stations. Apartment is comfy and clean and tidy.
One of the bedrooms has a window onto the lounge and there is no curtain (which is easy to fix). The kitchen would benefit from a pan to cook with and utensils. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday evening and you could hear loud karaoke from somewhere that backs on to the building, especially in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms.

newly renovated great location. early check in. shops, restaurants and the beach steps away
no basic toiletries( no hand soap, no shampoo. no shower soap, 1 and 1/2 toilet paper rolls ) no hand towel. the handle in the Appartment was loose.
