Aircon was excellent and essential. We appreciated that the apartment was cooled down for our arrival. Really comfortable space and tastefully decorated, and well located for trams and sites. Lift helpful for elderly family member. A relaxing and pleasant base.
A little more help on communications, e.g. where to find key (not where instructions said!) don't pull the outer door or it locks, etc would be helpful! :) No overhead shower.

Excellent location very accessible to restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Also close to seafront and old town, great access to transport links. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you needed and the hosts were quick to respond when needed.
A very busy main road day and night so earplugs are a must.

Location for value.
Lacking toilet paper 2 rolls for 6 people 3 days. Cigarette smoke seeps in from other tenants that smoke in the building. There was construction every morning starting at 8AM, extremely loud location on main road (not recommended for after long travel or light sleepers) and at 22h the upper tenants started banging on the floor. We were a family of 6 watching TV nothing crazy..

The location was good, the area was quiet enough and very close to the park.
It didn’t have actual pillows, they were more like cushions and it wasn’t very clean. There was dust, the bathroom wasn’t in good condition and the floors were a bit dirty.
