Excellent location, plenty of things to do, very kind staff

A bit difficult to get the keys because it is almost impossible to find street parking in central Nice

Good location, close to promenade, lots of room.

Location

Communication regarding entry, leaving, garbage, etc. Had to collect the keys across the street, but needed them to park. Had to return the keys after we were out with the car, but fob quit working before we could return them inside. No instructions on where to dispose of garbage.

Loved the location!

The property location is great. Right across from a tram stop at Magnan. The deck has a lovely view of the water and busy intersection. Full kitchen & a washing machine. Clothes rack for drying in the sun.

The 2 single beds squeaked every time someone moved. The couches had stains on them. Would love some beach/pool towels considering the location.

Exactly as the photos. Superb view from the balcony. Excellent location. Parking included. Very kind and responsive.

Early check out (10am) albeit the host informed me that the apartment is ready for checking in at 11am.

Priced way too high for a below average apartment. Only highlight was the location.

The location was good, near to the sea and other popular attractions

The apartment wasn’t clean, it was dusty and most of the lights did not work. The house was not equipped with basic necessities like Toilet paper, paper napkins or trash bags. Price was too high for the short duration and level of convenience and comfort. There were no instructions on how to get to the apartment. There were instructions to access parking lot but we didn’t have a car.

Spacious apartment near the beach and the center of Nice with good transport links

A spacious room that could fit my family and a friend well. The room had a good kitchen and a supermarket nearby if you wanted to cook something small. A beautiful beach view from the balcony and the tram runs directly from the front door to the center of Nice and the airport. My car just fit in the parking garage and we are very happy with our stay here. The staff was helpful and easy to get contact.

We never met the owner. Was given great directions if arriving by car - not good directions if arriving without a car. Picked up keys from a grocery store across the road. Was not given all the keys we needed either - for access to the pool. And no real/great instructions on how to gain access to it. Really feel the owner only cared about money. One roll of toilet paper. One rubbish bag. No washing up liquid. Feel like others must have left this stuff behind and owner/cleaner took it for themselves. For what we paid - surely it is not too much to ask for such basic essentials to be there. After all it helps them to keep the apartment clean

Location super, views amazing. Apartment was large, plenty of space for 5 of us.

Disappointed there were no sunbeds at pool area. Maybe a bit of painting to freshen up.

We had a great time and the host was accommodating and available whenever we needed her.

Proximity to everything, fantastic balcony where we sat for hours and watched Nice go past, the airport connection was really good

Orientation pack would have useful the first couple of days, the pool closed a bit early (7pm) and the pool rules weren’t really child friendly (although this is outside of the hosts control of course)

Nice apartment- pity about the rude host

Nice apartment and facilities

Our host, Cecelia, was extremely rude when we arrived. Our flight was delayed so the mini market she left the spare keys in was closed when we got to Nice. She had to come meet us, which she was very annoyed about. I had text to say the flight was delayed- this was out of our control. When she arrived she was so rude to us, initially telling us we must stay in on the Friday night and weren't allowed leave the apartment. Finally she relented and gave us the keys so we could leave the building.

beautiful view. air conditioner! so much space. great for a family. and Mario!!! he was a welcome host to the property and got the washing machine working after two days without it. our kids will forever remember Mario.

our feet were perpetually dirty. why? that’s odd. the beach near this apartment is not the best beach. if you use it as yours, get water shoes. and maybe workout for a few months in advance to get out of the water and up the rock dunes without making a total Middle Aged fool of yourself.

Location - very central

In need of decoration - furniture old and stained, bathroom tiles need attention, shower broken. Owner did not meet us but sent a colleague with limited English and limited knowledge of the apartment

It was a convenient pleasant flat but felt the owner did not make much effort.

The location of the flat was perfect. 2 minute walk to the seafront, near shops and a tram stop into town or the airport.

It was a noisy location as the flat was on the corner of a main road. There was a small balcony but very noisy to sit outside. Provisions were very poor. Two of the bedside lamps didn't work. There was one toilet roll for 5 days and 3 people and no soap. When we messaged the owner for some soap we were told she didn't provide these things and to buy our own at the shop next door. We were not impressed. We felt minimum effort was made.

Nice location, nice hostess

The location was fantastic! Close to the beach, bank, and supermarche! Terrace was spacious with the coastal view and the pool was also nice. Finally, the hostess was so kind. I recommend this apartment.

Nice place in Nice

Center of the city, old town is just 10 minutes by walk, 100 meters from the sea, apartment is safe, kitchen is suitable for light cooking. My host Cecilia was a great person... Parking is underground and a bit narrow gate, still private parking is gold in Nice...

Except the very old style washing machine (Machine was like from Louis XVI) we didn't live any trouble. So washing machine broken and i bought a new one. And apartment and kitchen equipments could be more clean. The rest was perfect.

Appartement op loopafstand van de boulevard.

Perfecte locatie vlakbij de boulevard, uitzicht op de zee. Bakker, goede koffie en supermarkt vlakbij. Host was heel behulpzaam. Gratis parkeren.

Veel lawaai van het verkeer als je op het balkon zit. Inrichting wat ongezellig.
