L emplacement super pratique La climatisation Les deux chambres La deco Le contact facile avec le propriétaire Le calme
Rien Juste un détail: Il manquait des petites choses pour faciliter le week-end. Pas de savon vaisselle ni d éponge, aucun des « basiques » habituellement présents. Ce n est pas grave en soi, mais vu le montant du logement (week-end très demandé avec l’ironman), cela aurait été bienvenu de ne pas devoir acheter cela.

Sehr gute Kommunikation hinsichtlich der Schlüsselübergabe. Konnten eine Stunden früher rein als offiziell geplant.
Wie so oft in Ferienwohnungen - die Bilder. Ok, das ist Geschmackssache. Aber das Sammelsurium könnte man sich echt sparen. Wenn gar keine Bilder hängen würden, würde das der Wohnung echt gut tun.

Appartement très bien placé dans le centre de Nice À proximité de la plage Calme absolu car côté cour Très bien équipé Super accueil de Rogerio ;)
Manque juste un tapis de bain mais c’est vraiment un détail

Emplacement top, personnes accueillantes et à notre écoute
Ménage approximatif, pas d'alèse au lit, très peu de de couverts disponibles par rapport au nombre de guests possibles, une machine à café mais pas une seule capsule de bienvenue au moins pour le premier petit déjeuner et un refoulement terrible dans la salle de bain
