Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der Check-in war früher als erwartet und verlief völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr schön und zentral – vieles kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft und ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Das kleinere Schlafzimmer in der Mitte hatte leider keine richtige Kühlung bzw. eine Klimaanlage wie das größere Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Auch der Ventilator im Schlafzimmer half kaum gegen die Hitze und funktionierte nicht richtig. Insgesamt war die Hitze in diesem Schlafzimmer sehr belastend.

Very good and convenient to any destination in the city center also good communication with the host.
As expected in summer time is the hot weather.There is no elevator which is normal in the old city.

El departamento tiene solo un aire acondicionado en un pasillo, muy mal ubicado. No llega al living ni a las habitaciones. Hacia mucho calor. Había dos ventiladores, de los cuales uno nunca funcionó, y no vinieron a repararlo ni a traer otro, a pesar de que reclamé y se comprometieron a llevar uno nuevo. Para el verano es muy caluroso. Deberían colocar aire acondicionado en los ambientes restantes.
