Petit Palace in Old Nice

Noisy Air conditioning units in bedrooms. Brown sheets for bedding. No air conditioning in lounge.

La pièce principale n'est pas climatisée... Un ventilateur à minima is serait bienvenue, la pièce est très chaude... L'humidité de la salle de bain La machine à laver cassée et pas réparée de tout notre séjour alors que nous avions en partie choisi cet appartement pour cet équipement essentiel (famille de 4 personnes + humidité dans la salle de bain, les serviettes ne sèchent pas ) 2 matinées de vacances a la laverie... Valérie nous a tenus au courant avec régularité mais cela n'empêche pas qu'au prix de la location cela a jeté un petit voile sur notre impression globale.

Good location, well fitted out and comfortable

Booked for 5 but in reality it is most suitable for 4 people

- The location is at the center of the old town Nice. - It’s not far from bus stops/metro stations. - There are plenty of restaurants around.

- The property is 8 mins away from the beach but no beach towels are provided. - There are only 4 bath towels in total. No more extra towels. - There are 4 facial towels provided but they are kinda moisturized and stinky. - There is a narrow staircase to the property (expected for old houses) but there is a pungent smell full of the small space of the staircase. - There is only 2 portable ACs in the 2 bedrooms. They are not efficient enough to cool the whole property and noisy if you want to keep them on all night.
