Petit Palace in Old Nice

We really enjoyed this apartment. It’s so cute and homey. Easy to reach out to the owner and had everything we needed, plus extra. Great place to stay. Lots of space for the two of us. Clean.

My husband got bite by something the first night we were there. He woke up with big red bites all over his legs. Not sure if it was fleas, but he itched. Still has them after 5 days. I didn’t get bite. Everything else was perfect. Thank you to the owner.

We loved our stay in this cosy and very nice apartment, located in the heart of the old city.

Everything was perfect for a group of 5 ladies.

- The location is at the center of the old town Nice. - It’s not far from bus stops/metro stations. - There are plenty of restaurants around.

- The property is 8 mins away from the beach but no beach towels are provided. - There are only 4 bath towels in total. No more extra towels. - There are 4 facial towels provided but they are kinda moisturized and stinky. - There is a narrow staircase to the property (expected for old houses) but there is a pungent smell full of the small space of the staircase. - There is only 2 portable ACs in the 2 bedrooms. They are not efficient enough to cool the whole property and noisy if you want to keep them on all night.
