La Draperia - Patio & 2 Bedrooms - Vieux Nice

The property was in a great location, it was very clean and finished to a very high standard.

I would suggest a few more kitchen utensils, a toaster and additional pillows for the sofa bed. Also a clothes horse would be useful as there is plenty of space. These are all very minor things and did not affect our overall enjoyment of the property.

The apartment is exactly like the photos. The location is amazing. The internal patio is a little heaven in the heart of Nice.

The only think that must be noted is there is no lift and the apartment is up a flight of stairs.

Ok i want to start by saying location is awesome. We were walking distance to a lot of local shopping and dining. To uber, we just had to walk a few minutes for a car to find us since it’s in an alley. Check in was nice because Alex let us arrive early. The apartment is pretty new, which is nice for guest but also has some room for improvement. Our shower flooded on the first day, which can happen with hair and all, except we had all only taken body showers when the flooding happened. I communicated to Alex and he sent staff to fix, which helped for about 2 days but then flooding happened the night before we left again. The host was friendly when I messaged him and he provided extra towels. Washing machine is nice to have. It’s inside of an apartment complex, on the second floor with no elevator so just keep in mind if traveling with lots of luggage. Host did help carry bags :) i traveled with a group of girls, and you know mirrors are important. There is no full body mirror in the apartment, so we all shared the 2 small mirrors (one in bathroom, one in dining room) to get ready. Overall it was good. I’d stay again.

No A/C but host did supply fans. Random real estate man entered the apartment when we were inside. Immediately called host and he reassured us we are safe and the man wouldn’t be returning.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern, sehr modern und gemütlich. Als bei uns das Geld fehlte, hat uns Bastien (ein Mitarbeiter) gleich seine Hilfe angeboten.

Bei uns war jemand in der Wohnung und hat Geld geklaut. Tür konnte man nicht richtig zusperren und die Terrassentür konnte man gar nicht zusperren. Es gibt auch keinen Safe für das Geld, deswegen wurde das Geld im Koffer versteckt (welche durchwühlt worden sind). Wasser ist falsch eingestellt (bei blau wird es warm und bei rot wird es kalt). Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Einrichtung fehlen auch, wie zum Beispiel ein Mülleimer oder ein Klopapierhalter. Auf dem Schlafsofa gab es kein Kissen und keine Decke dazu. Es gibt nur einen Spiegel und nur zwei Ventilatoren (also keine Klimaanlage) und es wird wirklich sehr heiß. In dem Schlafzimmer mit dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank konnte man wegen der Hitze kaum schlafen.
