Great value for money on cleanliness, location and comfort.

We paid 982.68 AUD for 6 nights (163ish per night) and truly it was so worth it. We loved the location and there was a gorgeous bakery just a few shops down that we went to every morning with gorgeous owners who recommended new things to try each day! Its clear on the ad that its a pull out sofa so keep in mind there is not a lot of room in the space once you pull it out but we were out and about every day so truly only used the room to sleep. In saying that it was so clean and very modern and was right on the road which meant we got lovely views out the window and easy access to the shops and restaurants near by. The host was easy to work with regarding check in and there was another room next door causing a commotion one night and it was sorted so quickly. They must live near by or stay in the building because they were on that so quickly. You can tram or bus to the nearest train station but we always walked which is about 20 minutes as we always got breakfast or a snack on the way. We were happy with everything!

Not much to note if at all, only minimal space once the bed is pulled out but we expected this and the bed was comfy.

Amazing location. So clean and modern. Requested more pillows and they were there same day. Very secure with codes and keys. Felt safe.

Fair for 2 days stay . For longer not suitable

Clean place . Near to tram / bus / nightlife / garden /cafes.

Ventilation is zero , no sun light at all . Not as shown in pictures . Very congested . Bathroom too much small at the value paid ,too much uncomfortable practically . Missing waching machine or any facility to dry cloths ( as no sunlight also ) .must be at lower price than listed .its on first floor . Those with luggage should consider it . Self check in process is also not a good welcome to a stay ( my personal view) . Size = ibis rooms .

Brilliant apartment for our first time visiting Nice!

Location was fab! Very clean and had everything you’d nee. Easy access and clear instructions.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but perfectly fine for a few nights.

The location was the only good thing about this apartment

The photos of this accommodation were deceiving, the room was a lot smaller than anticipated with less amenities. Room was almost unbearably hot with only a small desk fan to help cool the room. The redeeming quality was that it was in a great location in the old town, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and right by a tram stop which was convenient. Would only recommend for a short stay.

De ligging is perfect! In de old town is erg veel te beleven, alles dicht bij elkaar! Ook voor jongeren in de avond veel te doen en makkelijk bereikbaar.

Er waren twee wijnglazen, één was al gebroken en stond zo in de kast bij onze aankomst. Geen gezellig verlichting voor in de ‘leefruimte’.

Magnifique studio au coeur de la vieille ville

La propreté, l'état impeccable et très jolie du studio. La localisation parfaite dans la vielle ville, proche des centres d'intérêt. Métro tout proche.

Localisation, propreté, clim, literie Lit/canapé du salon king size en mode lit (190cm)

Vue sur un mur, zéro luminosité, sans lumière allumée impression qu'il est 21h à 12h, pour voir le ciel il faut se coller à la fenêtre et lever la tête, et encore... Pas de balai, pas d'aspirateur, pas de serpière, pas d'étendoir (donc pour faire sécher serviettes et maillots bon courage) Lit de la chambre (sans fenêtre) trop étroit pour deux adultes de corpulence normale (140cm de large) Le seul moyen d'avoir la tv est de streamer son téléphone via les box android, pas de tnt. Porte d'entrée mal isolée = bruit des parties communes assez lmportant (les touristes voisins ètant peu respectueux des horaires de sllence 22h/10h.) Zéro ménage ni changement de literie/draps pendant les 7 jours. Problème de tv et de grille pain manquant non solutionné. Bref ok uniquement pour séjours courts et/ou si le temps permet de rester dehors la journée. La photo est prise à 16h pour info.

Posizione perfetta vicino a tutto, pulita , essenziale tranquilla. Staff eccezionale pronto a soddisfare le varie esigenze. Nonostante il check out ci ha aiutato a posizionare i bagagli gratuitamente

Super warunki! Bardzo czysto! Praktycznie nowe wyposażenie łazienki. Wygodne łóżko. Świetne miejsce wypadowe. Pokój niewielki ale naprawdę wystarczający. Podstawowe sprzęty kuchenne i klimatyzacja to wielki plus.

Perfekte Lage zur Olt Town

Es ist sehr gut gelegen und die Fenster haben eine sehr gute Schallisolierung, also die Hauptstraße war kein Problem. Check in via Textmessage hat funktioniert und auch die spätere Kommunikation per Textmessage. Die Bilder der Homepage stimmen mit dem was wir vorgefunden haben.

Vermutlich hatte die Reinigungskraft einen schlechten Tag, gebrauchte Taschentücher noch beim Schlafsofa den Kopfkissen. Ansonsten war das Apartment sehr sauber. Das Schlafsofa knarrt etwas.

Nagyon jó helyen van az óvárosban minden közel megtalálható. Rendezett felújított szállás. Felszereltsége teljesen megfelelő, főzni is aki szeretne tud megvan hozza minden felszerelés.

Esténként a szemben levő étteremben zene elég hangos volt így be hallatszott de lehetett tőlle aludni (hozza vagyok szokva a zajhoz). A tv nagyon halk volt max hangon is alig lehetett hallani főleg az ágyról. A 2. Szobában voltunk lehet a többiben nem hallatszott mert mi voltunk csak szemben az étteremmel

Logement très correct. Pas de mauvaise surprise !!

Logement neuf donc très propre et très bien agencé. L'espace est bien optimisé avec une cuisine pratique, une salle de douche d'une bonne taille et un grand lit dans la chambre. L'hôte a été très réactif pour nous apporter des serviettes de bain supplémentaires. Au final le rapport qualité prix est correct pour Nice.

Malgré tout, à 4, l'espace est juste en terme de superficie. Contrairement au site qui présentait des vues dégagées, nous avons eu une vue ''mur'' peu attrayante. Nous entendions trop les voisines d'à côté car l'isolation avec les autres logements est juste. Et il aurait fallu un vrai balai. Pour notre séjour de 5 nuits, nous avions seulement à disposition une mini balayette.
