We were mostly disappointed.

(1) We like its location, not too far from train station. (2) one of the two sinks in the hallway’s bathroom was plugged, the service guy came pretty fast.

(1) The description showed 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but the place only has 3 bathrooms. (2) Because the air conditionings’ pipes sticking out of the windows, the windows couldn’t be closed. We got mosquito bites every day. (3) It was frustrating to use the washer and dryer because they were older machines. (4) Beds were not comfortable, paddings were thin and uneven. (5) The area is noisy all night long, nonstop. The windows not closable made the situation worse. (6) We asked for more shampoo and other supplies because the starter kit offered was not enough for 4 people for 5 days but was told that we needed to buy our own. Eventually we got shampoos but nothing else.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally submit a complaint and request a refund of €675 for one night of my recent stay, due to the unacceptable conditions encountered at the property. The issues were as follows: 1. Power outage in the apartment at check-in, which lasted for approximately 12 hours. During this period, we had no access to the refrigerator, freezer, hot water, air conditioning, lights, or even the ability to charge our phones. 2. No toilet paper was provided upon check-in, which is a basic necessity. 3. Extremely poor quality mattresses, old and sagging, causing discomfort and back pain. 4. For 8 guests (4 couples), only one set of keys was provided. After our complaint, we received only one additional set, which remained insufficient for our group. The property owner claims that the power outage was caused by an external issue. This is demonstrably false, as the building’s elevator was functioning normally when we arrived with our luggage, and other apartments in the building had lighting. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that Booking.com take the necessary measures to disqualify this property and its advertiser from your platform, and to issue a refund of one night (€675) for the unacceptable experience. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.

It was the worst accommodation in Nice for last ten years

Location

Wifi totally absence. I asked someone to fix it because my daughter couldn’t access to her tutorials and I miss very important zoom meeting. For all my requests stuff promised to send someone to help me but nobody appeared. Uncomfortable beds. the blankets on the beds were stained and dirty Air conditioning consist of old cooling machines with strange tubs which have to put in open windows (( weak effect and too hot in the apartment as result

A great apartment in a great location within Nice.

It was good. We were told where to collect the key and at what time. We did and the lady was helpful with directions. The property was then a 5 minute walk away.

Our flights arrived into France about 10:30am, and we had four suitcases amongst our party. We got to the pick up location before 12n, but could not collect the keys early. So we went and found a place to eat and called back at 2pm.

Proximity to the old town and local facilities . Nice view onto the Place Garibaldi. We loved the space for a family group Lots of hot water and pleasant bedrooms.

All good but a couple of items need replacing such as a chipped plate, stain on the divan. TV instructions need to be written up- we were unable to access the TV during our stay. Access to the refuse bins was a bit precarious.

Excellent, very comfortable for big families with kids.

Location was excellent, it was right in the middle of the city center. House was clean and spacious for 3 families. Very happy, convenient for kids and would definitely be back.

3 bedrooms were overlooking the street which could be noisy some nights and the building was little old, although the flat was new, clean and well decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the position was ideal, although a trifle noisy.

The apartment was in an ideal situation for the tram and bus services, getting into the old town and walking to the beach.

The long corridor had three steps and was badly lit. I fell the very first time I walked up the corridor. A hand rail would have been ideal. The kitchen facilities could have been better with a greater choice of cooking appliances.

A wonderful family stay in Nice for my Dad’s 60th Birthday

I would highly recommend this apartment. It had everything you could ask for. It was exceptionally clean, in an excellent location and perfect for a family holiday. The apartment had every amenity you could possibly ask for and was simply perfect.

If I was to be really picky, it would be nice to have English TV but as we didn’t spend much time there, it wouldn’t be an essential requirement.

Good location, big apartment, new furnished and clean

Nice is a city that most people visit there on summer vacations and most of the summer it is too hot but there was no aircondition in the rooms. There were fans but they were too dity to use. Bathrooms were too small. In the reception they didnt spesificly told us where the apartment is we find it 20minutes later.

Une porte de chambre ne fermait pas Il y avait quelques saletés sur les murs du cabinet de toilette de cette même chambre Il manquait de l'équipement dans la cuisine (cuillères en bois par exemple) Les matelas sont globalement mous Renbdre un jeu de clé la veille du départ quand nous sommes 8 est plutôt compliqué en termes de logistique

Kommer gärna tillbaka, både till lägenheten och Nice.

Rymden i lägenheten och läget var fantastiskt. Vi stortrivdes . Lyckan för Fyraåringen var att följa två duvungar som bodde på kanten utanför vårt fönster .

En av sängarna var nog i lite tveksam i sin bekvämlighet.
