Spacious apartment in the best location!

Location is probably the best in Nice. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space. Numerous bathrooms is a plus for larger groups. Bernard is such a great host too.

Parking is a challenge, but this is not a function of the apartment.

Apartment that is in a great location and is capable of hosting a large group

Fantastically located right next to all the restaurants, bars, markets and is also a very short walk to the beach. Host Bernard was very communicative and responsive.

Great location

Couldn’t stand up in the bedrooms. The access to the bedrooms was quite tricky. Also there are only 5 bedrooms so if more than 10 then need to sleep in the lounge areas.

The apartment was good but owner was horrible

The owner was very irritated that we were late due to a flight delay and made us feel very uncomfortable on arrival. He called a large man to come to the apartment and intimidate us on departure when we were trying to find the third set of keys and demanded 100 euros for replacements..we were 2 women... we eventually found the keys but will never book with him again

C’est un superbe appartement décoré avec goût. Il ne manquait rien et il est trés trés bien placé. Son propriétaire a été à l’écoute et nous nous sommes vite sentis comme à la maison.
